No doubt, the best laundry and dry cleaning in London. The staff are super friendly and willing to provide a solution to every problem from a wine stain to a ripped pocket. Great prices and very quick. I have been a customer for a year and never had a complaint. I will continue to be a customer even after I move further away.

I was unable to park my car, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond by bringing my mattress topper out to me! Their customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciated their willingness to help. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to their customers!

I split time between London, and Dubai, with some travel in between. I literally save my important laundry and will travel with dirty laundry because London Laundry & Dry Cleaning is that amazing. My laundry company in Dubai is good, but these guys are the best. I have tried other places in London. The others can't compete. Quite frankly, all the other London cleaners are puny and weak. Everything is done right, consistent, and a fair price. Then take the staff. I literally look forward to visiting them, because everyone is so friendly and charming. It's awesome to be greeted with a smile, and happy service. They have a tailor at the store too. That lady is awesome! I also save items just to bring to her. Bottom line: 1. If you actually care about the treatment and preservation of your laundey; 2. If you like first class service with a smile from charming, and energetic staff; 3. If you like absolute consistency in service and delivery; 4. If you want to see what it's like to have your laundry at the best place in the world; You must bring your laundry here!

My experience with this company is absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent and the staff are fantastic. In the last year they have done at least 50 alterations for me, if not more ,all within a short timeframe and sometimes with in the same day. The seamstress does impeccable work and has incredible problem solving skills. They have also done dry cleaning and pressing for me also. I would also like to say the manager is a lovely, humble person. Credit to you all. Thank you for all your support. Awesome. 🙏😇
