Mitch has done a brilliant job of fitting several internal oak doors for us, and a new external door. He is friendly, courteous, tidy and takes great care of our home while he’s working. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Mitchell O'born Carpentry did a fantastic job. Fitting very heavy doors upto 50kg with precison lining up the new to old hinge cutouts. 11 doors fitted in total all matching designs but varying in size and weight. He was extremely helpful in the consultation phase and I found him to be very trustworthy, polite and very clean. I'd like to point out his level of craft is top "notch" highly recommended.

I Recently had AB Carpentry build 2x internal stud walls as part of our extension modifications. Aaron was precise, timely, on budget and polite. I could see he understood what was meant to be done and was happy to leave him on his own in our house. I will definitely use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him. Aaron and his team were fantastic. I had my decking replaced last week and was very impressed with the end product. They were very tidy, took away all waste without any fuss and as you'll see from the pictures, it looks great. He also fitted some lights I supplied myself, no questions asked. Price was very reasonable too. Would recommend.

Jonny turned an unusable roof terrace into an absolutely beautiful outdoor entertaining area. His skills were second to none and a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t satisfied with the job until I was and never said no to anything! 5 stars was an understatement. We’ll be working together again for sure. Jonny fitted nine doors at my house last year. Firstly he is a really nice guy, secondly he is a good carpenter, and lastly nothing is too much trouble. For example I wanted to instal the old doors at my daughters and Jonny took them all over there for me in his van. I was very satisfied with the workmanship, he has the right tools, knows how to use them, and the end result has lifted the whole house. He did most of the cutting outside to reduce the dust inside, but hey its wood working and it makes some sawdust. I thoroughly recommend Jonny, he has good attention to detail, cleans up after himself, will happily adjust anything once it’s fitted, and his prices are competitive.

We are so happy with our bespoke chimney breast that Ben built for us. He knew exactly what we wanted and he really delivered. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He sourced the materials so that we could have the rustic look we wanted and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend Ben. In fact, we have more jobs lined up for him.

Ben came to fix two doors which were not closing properly and a large headboard which had come off the wall. This was not a major job for him but he was efficient and did an excellent job. He left the rooms spotlessly clean and was a really nice person to deal with.

What can I say, Ben is breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. Ben said he would look at what he could to help and juggle his workload and would get back to me later that day & he actually did! Agreed a date, agreed a price. He turned up on the agreed day and even had the decency to call and say he was running a little late. He came in did the work to a fantastic standard, worked flat out, cleaned up after himself & was polite & professional at all times. Ben was fantastic. We sent a rough drawing of the bookcase we wanted and photos of the room, Ben came round to take measurements and sent through a quote within a few days. Ben was incredibly respectful of our home and despite the type of work, at the end of every day the room was very clean and tidy. The job took at few days and the craftsmanship/precision was perfect. The outcome is better than we had hoped and we receive compliments anytime anyone new comes to visit.

Oly fitted did a fantastic job fitting my new kitchen. He was on time each day and was very understanding when I had to delay the job by a few days. He made a very stressful experience a lot more tolerable and kept me sane! He always left the work space clean and tidy. He was also very good with the dog.
