The staff do an amazing job, I took a Woodcock in that flaw into the side of a building, sadly the bird didn't make it due to it's injury, but the staff we're amazing and do an amazing job looking after animals, thank you

We recently took my mum’s beloved cat to Holly House Vets, and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed us. The team was gentle, understanding, and treated our cat with such care and respect. They created a calm and peaceful environment, ensuring her final moments were handled with dignity and love. My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

We had to take our cat, Nectar, to Holly House out of hours, and the care we received was exceptional. The team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, which made such a stressful situation a little easier to handle. They explained everything clearly and treated Nectar with such kindness and respect. It’s reassuring to know that such great care is available when you need it most. I’d highly recommend Holly House for anyone needing out-of-hours vet services. Thank you to the team for everything you did for us and for Nectar!

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

He got to the bottom of the issue and explained to me what it is. After repairing this he ran a test to ensure all is working smooth before leaving. Very grateful to Andy. Thanks again

We had an Ideal Logic 2 Combi boiler fitted on 29/06/23 with Fixx. Craig the Engineer arrived bright and early after a call to say he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very efficient and finished by mid afternoon before running through all the wireless thermostat details before leaving. Found the company extremely helpful with any questions I asked, great company to do business with and would recommend highly.

Just had Ryan from Fixx Ltd to sort an electrical issue at my mum’s house. What a great guy - so pleasant and helpful. Without any prompting he explained what can be done by home owner to deal with this type of fault. Your tips were great, Ryan. Engineer today attended 2 of my properties. He did service on my landlord property. My tenant wasn't there but he patiently waited 15 minutes for tenant to be there and then completed the service. Same engineer then came to our house on same day and fixed a fault with hot water and heating. Now we have our hot water and heating working again. Brilliant engineer, thanks for getting our home warm again.

Pay for the boiler cover insurance with Fixx. They've been back a couple times as the source of my boiler issue is a bit of a mystery. However, they've managed to fix it with a new part and have had no qualms about returning to fix the issue despite this probably leaving them out of pocket. Tim in particular is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend highly.

Once again Abbey House didn't let me down! I've been bringing my pets here for over 30yrs & travel a round trip of 30 miles - I couldn't even think of taking my pets anywhere else! All the staff are lovely from the warm greeting at reception to the wonderful vets & last night I met one of the cleaning staff who was also lovely! Thank you for caring for our animals the way you do.

Vets appointments can be traumatic for pets and owners but the staff always make sure everyone is comfortable. When we lost our cat they have offered as much compassion and help as they could. They truly cared for him when he was still alive and when we had to say good bye they were so professional and delicate. All the staff are always very helpful and polite. We’ve never had a problem with accommodating appointments even in emergency situation. Highly recommended vet!

First visit with Meliora Dental - Very pleasant staff. Kunal managed to fit my 1 year old in very quickly after an incident at the weekend, he was extremely patient with her and tried to make her feel as comfortable in the surroundings as possible. 10/10 service.

Had a dead tooth that needed removing , was causing severe pain. Called just for 10am, had an appointment confirmed for 10:30. By 11:10 the extraction had been completed and I was on my way home. The staff were so polite and super caring ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and making sure I was ok throughout. Extremely professional and would 100% recommend

This practice accomodated us when we rang worried about our pooches dew claw. The receptionist was brilliant as was the nurse who just sorted Mavis out straight away. We were worried as Mavis hates going to the vets but honestly they are absolutely brilliant and the staff from the nurses, vet and reception are all fantastic. Thank you once again for sorting her out.

Had our cat put to sleep today and the vet we saw was so lovely. Treat my lovely lad with kindness compassion and dignity in his last moments. The reception staff were also very kind and respectful. Cannot fault this vets at all. Thankyou for your kindness and compassion at a very difficult time
