I couldn't ask for a better , more thorough vet than Emily Legate. The surgery is amazing and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very reasonably priced which is an added bonus but ultimately I use this veterinary surgery because I had a years worth of unsolved issues with my prescious boys ear, in one visit we had swabs taken then discovered he had a deformed ear canal in the offending ear , then he was booked in swiftly for an ear flush under anesthetic, Emily filmed the ear canal and debris in it ,for me to better understand the situation with his ear. I can't praise these guys enough and they have my recommendation to any one who wants caring, thorough up to date and highly trained veterinary care . It's a big thumbs up from me and Roman dog. I wish I could put 10 stars !!

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

Can't fault Coleman Electrical and will definitely use again if we need an electrician. Had no power in our house, did the usual of checking fuses etc. Craig came out the same day after being recommended to us and the supplier telling us it was a fault internally. Turns out it was a fault externally which Craig conveyed to them. All sorted in the early hours of the morning. Appreciated the text in the morning though off Craig to check we had power.

Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

Craig came out same day as an emergency call following a storm that resulted in a loss of lighting. He did a great job and the level of customer service provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend Craig's services and would not hesitate to engage him again in the future. Thanks for coming out so quickly

Craig was a true knight in shining armour for my elderly friend whose house was flooded recently. He attended late one evening to assess the situation, then arranged the necessary rewiring. The work was completed swiftly with attention to detail and lots of consultation as the work progressed to ensure that everything would meet her needs when she returned home. The house was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend their services. Many thanks to Craig and the team.

Craig and his team are fab! He is so fab that you need to get into his diary asap as he gets so booked up. He is worth the wait as his work is impeccable! They fitted some lovely lights in the front of our house and we love how it turned out.

Once again Abbey House didn't let me down! I've been bringing my pets here for over 30yrs & travel a round trip of 30 miles - I couldn't even think of taking my pets anywhere else! All the staff are lovely from the warm greeting at reception to the wonderful vets & last night I met one of the cleaning staff who was also lovely! Vets appointments can be traumatic for pets and owners but the staff always make sure everyone is comfortable. When we lost our cat they have offered as much compassion and help as they could. They truly cared for him when he was still alive and when we had to say good bye they were so professional and delicate. All the staff are always very helpful and polite. We’ve never had a problem with accommodating appointments even in emergency situation. Highly recommended vet!

Always been able to see my dog promptly when not well no matter day or night. My dog is very anxious and they have always made him as relaxed as possible when seeing him and given him the best treatment.

Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.

Our boiler wasn’t working - no display, not turning on, nada. I rang Flora Electrical at 6pm and they were with us within 20 minutes. Absolutely lovely guys and obviously super knowledgeable and passionate. Fixed the issue really quickly and Paran gave us some advice/knowledge for going forward. We will definitely be using for all of our electrical needs in the future!

My cat knows his own mind, and he knows that he DOESN’T like vets. He’s been very roughly treated in the past by other practices - pinned down, scuffed, wrapped in towels like a burrito by nurses and he fought like a bear - he remembers! It wasn’t like that last night at Abbey House Kippax. Yes, he was nervous, he hissed and grumbled but he was spoken to kindly, stroked and cajoled throughout by the lovely vet. I was explained her thought processes throughout, possible diagnoses, meds, tests, etc and when he’d had enough - it was quickly back in the box ‘so we don’t upset him’. A relatively painless procedure. He returns next week. I’d highly recommend Abbey House Kippax.

The receptionist and vet were both very kind and professional, we had a friendly greeting as soon as we walked into the building and the vet was so caring and gentle with our puppy. Very pleased with the overall service and conditions of the practice.

My new crown had already come back from the lab so Dr. Cameron was able to fix my crown in place, saving me having to come back for a third visit. The procedure only took 15 minutes. GENIX are exceptionally good dentists indeed. The dentist’s are extremely professional, provide an excellent service in dentistry, very friendly, caring and most importantly put you at ease. My dentist Sophia is an absolute Angel. In addition the assistants and receptionist are just so lovely. I cannot recommend them enough.

Rang Genix after chipping a tooth was seen same day by a fabulous lady dentist Who on examination found I had actually two chipped teeth after giving me options on how to proceed and cost the treatment was carried out in a very professional and caring way,and painless too.wouldnt hesitate to recommend The dentist and the dental assistant and Genix. Starting my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Diana has been an amazing experience! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, making me feel completely at ease. The clinic staff are also very welcoming. Especially Zaara who has been incredibly helpful in getting my appointments booked and is always so warm, efficient, and always makes you feel valued as a patient. I got referred by 111 as I was having terrible toothache and couldn’t be seen by my own dentist. Within 45 minutes of the call to 111 i was seen and treated at Genix. Diana and Grace were the two ladies I was treated by. My problem was explained and I was given a choice of treatments and chose to save the tooth and in return I was treated there and then. Am more than happy with my experience and really grateful for their service. Thank you so much

Referred for emergency dental treatment by ‘111’, Hunslet Dental Surgery is a little gem tucked away. Staff were very friendly and took the time to explain what would happen and explain any options. Was seen quickly and put at immediate ease for an extraction, no one enjoys the process but it was the least painful extraction I’ve ever had. Kudos to everyone at the surgery! ⭐️

I had 2 appointments, one with the dentist and then with my hygienist. The dentist sorted out an issue I had had for a while which has given me greater confidence in my smile. My hygienist was as great as ever and did what she does best. The dentist isn’t my favourite place to go but both dentist and hygienist and the supporting staff are really friendly and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Hunslet dental practise.

As a family of 4, we try to get our appointments at the same time, almost every time we book in, they get us all in. The dentists are very friendly and really knowledgeable and all other staff we had seen were polite and respectful at all times. The whole place is very clean and ample seating for disabled users. The only reason I couldn't give them 5* is because of the amount of stairs you need to deal with. As a disabled user, walking up and down stairs can be stressful on my joints. Other than that, I genuinely have no complaints. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely amazing receptionists and vets! After vets 4 pets and jollyes both made errors and caused me distress, Greenwood and Brown slotted me in within an hour, saw my pup, explained all of my concerns, gave her 2nd vaccinations and ive never felt in such good hands. Theyve absolutely got a new customer in me and ill recommend them to anyone.

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.
