Can't believe how they got my car looking so good considering the amount of damage there was. Alex, Kyle and the engineer went through everything with me. I could honestly write a book about how amazing this company is. From how lovely the man was that picked my car up and dropped it off, he was so friendly, chatty and all round very nice guy! I was kept up to date every week with the progress off my car, they exceeded far beyond my expectations, I was gobsmacked when I got my car back, incredible work!! What can I say, everyone at Listers was very friendly, service was was completed and I drove home! Fact is they were very efficient, I waited in a comfortable reception area, was offered a tea,coffee etc.You can watch tv if you wish. I arrived at 8.45 am was on my way home at 10 am,that'll do me!

Always well looked after, from reminder emails to payment. Everyone who looked after me had a smile and was genuinely polite. Fully explained what was going to happen and the costs involved. Whilst not as cheap as my local garage, the peace of mind knowing that I am covered under warranty for another 12 months is worth paying main dealer prices. The car flew through it's MOT with no minors shows the quality build of Toyota at a car that's 9 years old. Bonus is they washed it ready for hand over (maybe valet the inside too😉)

When the battery died in our car LRS were very helpful and called me back quickly to let us know they had located a battery. After letting them know to proceed, within an hour and a half we were back on the road. Very helpful pleasant staff who cannot do enough for you. They always give good, sound advice & if that advice leads to requiring work being done on your vehicle, there prices are always very fair & competitive. Just had my SEAT Ibiza in for an MOT and full service. I found all of the staff to be highly professional and I was kept informed throughout despite them being a very popular and busy garage. I was really appreciative of the fact they managed to complete some unforseen work which involved a coil spring replace among other things and despite this being typically quite a long task I was able to drive my car away the next day (only delayed by a wait on parts). I also thought the pricing was excellent and I am very happy with the work carried out. I'll be definitely returning next year for my MOT/ Service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable garage in the area.
