KNH really went out of their way to help one of my care team. She relies on her car for work and we rely on her to be at work. After her car broke down and she was stranded, KNH went out to her within 30 minutes, took her car back to their garage and completed a repair the next day to get her back on the road for her evening care run. We are thankful and amazed at the speedy support. Highly recommended.

I rang up on the off chance, having had a mare with a new car I’d purchased just 7 days prior. The lady that answered was very helpful, and managed to squeeze me in after only 45 mins. The gents very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I was on my way in 40 mins, having not had to break the bank to pay! Great service, friendly, and helpful. Made a customer for life. I arrived at Tattershall lakes and realized i had a flat tire. Went here to get it sorted and couldn’t of had a nicer experience. The gentleman checked my tire, checked the valve and pumped it back up. He offer to re check it if needed before we went home. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

We woke up to a flat tyre when we needed to head back to Manchester. The guys were lovely, dropped what they were doing to remove the screw and fix our tyre. We were good to go in 10 minutes AND they checked the air in the other tyres to make sure we were ok for the journey. Really improved our morning that's for sure! Thank you so much!

I phoned Malcom Padley and sons garage due to finding a screw in my front tyre, they ordered a new tyre to the garage, upon inspection the actual screw must had come out and the original tyre was not loosing any air pressure, with the gentlemen honest and advice they didn’t need to change the tyre as there was no need to. I highly recommend, because the garage could had just put the new tyre on, but have saved me some money. Thanks guys. 5*

Found a nail in my tyre, thinking I may need to get it changed but due to it being the only car in the household at the moment, I expressed it was urgent. Garage told me to bring it down to have a look and would see what they can do. Turns out that it was a small nail and the tyre wasn’t impacted but any other garage would have changed the tyre regardless. This garage saved themselves time, and saved me stress. Will definitely be keeping this garage on my radar for future car needs 👍

Always excellent friendly service received. On the way to pick one car up that was in for repair, warning lights came on in the other car for faulty brakes. Even though it was close to closing time the guys happily did a diagnostic test, kept the car overnight and had it fixed by lunchtime the next day. Even collected my daughter from home as she said she was going to walk to the garage to collect her car. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Excellent service throughout, failed MOT due to a faulty suspension arm. Quoted me half the price of another garage and made the additional effort to squeeze me in on very short notice for the repair, as well as changing some lights over for me. After taking my daughters car to various garages for repairs I dreaded it when I heard the clunking noise coming from underneath! We’d spent so much money already on this car! So whilst she was abroad I decided to trt Marriott and Stimson! I phoned up, explained the problem and the man said to just pop down with it. It was looked at straight away and fixed within 10mins for less than £20! I was so impressed with the service that I feel compelled to share positive feedback!
