We use this branch every Friday. Always exceptional customer service from Venkatesh and the team. As we are regulars they always remember our drinks order, they are always very friendly, polite and welcoming, even when very busy and under pressure. The store and facilities are clean and tidy. The drinks are well made and cakes very tasty too. Very much recommended.

I recently popped into Costa Coffee in Birmingham, hoping to get a proper taste of British culture, so I opted for a nice cuppa tea. I must say, I was expecting something a bit more authentic, considering it’s the UK and all. The tea itself was decent enough—nothing to write home about, mind you—but it lacked that proper brew you’d expect from a traditional British tearoom. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cosy enough, but if you’re looking for a quintessentially British tea experience, this might not quite hit the mark. It’s more of a quick stop for a caffeine fix than a place to savour the finer points of British tea culture. Still, not a bad spot for a casual catch-up or a quick break.
Comfortable shop. Not many seats. Parking you have to pay for or we went into halfords car park opposite. Free if don't stay too long. A bit tight for wheel chairs but you can move tables about. Friendly staff. Food good.
We sat outside and grabbed a coffee while we were shopping, nice place, staff were pleasant and the coffee was nice!
