Lovely staff, piping hot food! I just loved the service and music! So cultural and lovely. Billy was so polite and well mannered. Urooj always smiling and providing good service too!

Love the vibe and aroma of chai here. After reading the story of its inception and its roots from India capital city Delhi. It was one of the must try places. As the name implies one can expect tasty Indian tea or chai with desi touch. The ambience is a perfect mixture of Neo Indian restaurant with nostalgia of homeland. We had desi breakfast and aloo Paratha, both were awesome. Desi breakfast comes with desi chai (cardamom flavoured) more than enough for one person. Everything is reasonably priced even at one stop. On weekends, it is usually packed and rushed, there could be a wait time of 10-15 min.

A regular place I visit often the food is always perfect and so are the drinks, never had any complaints so far. I definetly recommend the Karak Chai or the Terry Orange Hot Chocolate and the prices can be a little steep. Plenty of seating available even for larger groups. Service was great thanks to Uzma and food didn't take too long to be ready even when it is busy. Parking is also easy to find because it is in 1 Stop retail park so it should never be an issue. There are also toilet facilities available if you need them.

A nice place for decent fueling-in yourself at a prime location. The place is busy almost the whole day. No need for reservations. Food options are fine and the taste is good. The speed of service can be improved. 10-15 tables with 4 or more sitting. Nice ambience. A big picture of Taj Mahal welcomes the guests with clocks of 4 different time zones, depicting every time of the day is 'ok' for having a cup of tea. Kind of thing that you get to hear a lot in any Indian household. Vegetarian options are less but taste is good. Their parathas are made of maida and not atta.

Very welcoming atmosphere, decor is very appealing and aesthetic. Nice and inviting staff especially Saddam the cashier who displayed excellent customer service by clearly explaining the different food options and some recommendations on what to eat and drink. Overall prices are reasonable and would come again as the bench seats are very comfortable.
