Kyle was an attentive and personable server and made sure our needs were met. The food was outstanding and, despite the high price, worth every penny. The fillet steak was a perfect rare and went beautifully with the blue cheese sauce. The restaurant was a little quiet but I’ll put that down to it being a Sunday evening. We booked to go again 5 days later which is as good a review as any!

Our first time trying this restaurant, we came here on a whim for our 1 year anniversary safe to say we are very pleased, the service was amazing and so was the food, I had the 16oz T-bone medium rare it was cooked to perfection, the greens were cooked perfectly, my girlfriend had the rump steak medium, it was cooked exactly to her her liking, the sweet potato fries she described as the best she's ever had. Robbie our server was friendly and cheerful and bubbly and commended my taste in steak, will definitely be returning

Excellent restaurant with friendly service, a nice hidden gem for your steaks and seafood. Our son treated us to Golden Bull before going to university. We have never been (or heard) to this place before, but the service was top notch; friendly and attentive. We've ordered the king prawn garlic and helumi sticks for starters. The prawns were large and muscular, taste was spot on - reminds us been on holiday in Spain. Main courses were steak and seafood, again, everything were cooked to perfection. In fact, 1 of the best steak I've had this year, and will replace our regular (Miller and Carter's) next time we need some nice steaks. Overall, highly recommended restaurant and service was excellent. Well done, we'll definitely be back again.

Food is outstanding and meal was very much enjoyed 😋 However, the quality really can’t justify the price. I am a strong believer in ‘You get what you pay for’ when it comes to eating out. Nevertheless, I have had better elsewhere and it cost somewhat less. Even with the set menu, the bill was quite a shock. Beers were around £7 a pint, but still somewhat less than wine and cocktails. All in all, a wonderful meal for the taste buds, but not for the bank balance! 🥩🤩👍 🧾 😳 😢

I met these guys at Collectively Camberley Awards last week. This is one cafe which I hadn't used so this week took the opportunity. I certainly wasn't disappointed. The coffee was great and the jacket potato with tuna mayo (no sweetcorn, why would you put sweetcorn in mayo) and salad was gorgeous. The service was also great. I can certainly highly recommended and will be back.

Decided to try this cafe with my friend as I heard good reviews. The service was excellent, very friendly staff. Toasties were lovely however, pancakes were cold. We quietly advised the waiter and it was rectified quickly and efficiently. Only complaint is the toilet was a bit grim. Everything was rusty and just needed general TLC. Let’s the experience down. Despite this we will be back :)

Alpha cups is a hidden little gem. I found this coffee shop when I was working with a client and it is now our favourite place to go twice a week for a coffee and a cake. The hot chocolate is amazing and is always extra hot, just how I like it. Mona is always so accommodating and friendly, she makes us feel so welcome and the environment is warm, cosy and relaxed. We love it here and the cakes are delicious too. You must give it a visit.

P: 01276 500042

Rating: 4.8 (381) Price Level:

I've spent my last 3 New Year Eves at The Cabin with family and friends. The band has always been great and the atmosphere is really lively. They serve delicious food throughout the night and the cocktails are great. The team are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. My parents live close by and they have gone in for the cheese boards lots of times. They've always said it's delicious and great value. I'm going to age just saying this, but the decor is very 'cool'. Lots to see. Would definitely recommend The Cabin.

Roti Corner Camberley

32 Park St, Camberley GU15 3PL, UK | Indian Restaurant
P: 0333 444 3663

Rating: 4.7 (1257) Price Level:

This was the second time that we had eaten here. We had crisp poppadoms to start with and a nice selection of relishes. The buffalo wings were large and nicely spiced, although it didnt come with the blue cheese sauce which we had to ask for. We couldn't decide on whether to have the Kashmiri, or the drunken lamb chops, so we ordered both, and neither disappointed. The chops had lots of meat on them and a large amount of marinade. Both dishes were pretty spicy and for me the drunken chops just had the edge, flavour-wise. For mains we had the jungle lamb curry, a lamb tikka dhansak, an aloo gobi, and a garlic and chilli naan. The jungle lamb curry had a nice blend of spices, although the lamb was a bit chewy. The dhansak lacked a depth and contrast of flavour, particularly between sweet and sour, and may have benefited from chopping the pineapple into the dish, rather than having a ring sat atop of the curry. To be fair, this main was not on the menu, and we had to order it specially. Again, the meat was a bit fatty/gristly. The serving staff were very polite, but it was difficult to judge the atmosphere when we visited, because we were only one of two tables that were occupied. I would imagine that the place would have a good vibe when full. One nice touch was the 2-4-1 cocktails between 12 a.m. and 6 p.m. The bar was very well stocked and the generously-sized Long Island iced teas were well prepared. I'd definitely go back to Roti Corner for its starters, but I would probably try some different main courses.

Fiona’s Tea Room

74 Frimley High St, Frimley, Camberley GU16 7JE, UK | Tea House
P: 07970 029016

Rating: 4.7 (142) Price Level:

Ordered 5 cakes for takeaway (a sweet surprise for when my kids came back from a weekend at grandmas). Upon arrival it was very busy which is always a good sign. Staff were friendly, especially a young man who was very accommodating, explaining the large variety of cake options. Cakes were reasonably priced, I paid £16.75 for 5 cakes. The young man who helped me explained they have bunny’s which would be lovely for my kids to see on a different visit. Customers I spoke to in the que were returning customers. The only reason why I rated this 4 stars not 5 is because we personally found the cakes to be very sweet and a bit sickly. Overall would return, especially to see the bunny’s. Will be trying something savoury next time.

I visited here with a group of elderly care home residents after being recommended by a family member. We enjoyed tea and a delicious selection of cakes. The residents absolutely loved handing the bunnies. They were only 9 weeks old and super friendly to handle. We faced some difficulties with the mobility of one of the residents but the team there were so helpful, very kind and patient with us. They even tried to save us a space outside so that I was able to pull the minibus straight in and pick them up quickly. I can't thank you enough for your extra help as many others wouldn't have gone the extra mile. We look forward to visiting again in the future. A great spot to have tea and cake and apparently the breakfast is very tasty too.

We didn’t want to hand them back 💕we enjoyed yummy cakes and scones with our pots of tea. The quirky tea sets are to be seen to be believed.
