Nice little cafe within the Natural History Museum in Tring. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. Access via lift to the museum from the cafe but the cafe is located on the side of the building. Clean and tidy. Prices are fair. I was just talking to the person who was serving me when there was an issue with my payment which meant that I was charged twice for the food. I only realised about this when I got home and contacted them via Facebook and they checked the error and refunded the money straight away! That was really good. Would recommend.
We arrived as an unexpected group but were served swiftly and with great friendliness. We had to change an order quite considerably to accommodate one of our party with dietary needs - this was handled with no fuss and what should have been an additional charge was waived. Very impressed.
