Sustain coffee shop/brewery has an incredible vibe. The staff is super nice and really experienced. I like that as soon as you enter the shop you can see the oven where they toast the coffee and if you ask any questions they will tell you all about it. Every time I go and get a coffee at Sustain I learn more and more about the coffee culture. EVERYTHING IT'S VEGAN 🙏

I’ve been around Hatfield countless times and somehow never noticed Sustain Coffee until recently and I’m so glad I did! This roastery is a treasure, with incredible, ethically sourced coffee that’s bursting with flavor. Their sustainable practices and welcoming vibe make it an absolute must-visit. I’m hooked!

Absolutely wonderful place! The owner, Mo, was extremely friendly and passionate about his business and also gave me a quick overview and tour of the entire roasting process right there on site. The coffee I tried and bought 1kg of is delicious. A Specialty 85+ score medium roast Brazilian Arabica. I highly recommend anybody into their coffee visit his place in Hatfield or the website and try/purchase coffee. Also sells a small selection high end equipment! Thanks and see you again soon. Ben.

First time visiting Sustain for coffee beans! We bought the Brazil Miaki beans for our coffee machine at home. What a beautiful coffee, wonderful flavour and came out perfect 👌🏻 if you’re in the area head to Falcons Deli too. Great to have these places on the door step! Absolute hidden gems!

Best coffee in Hatfield - the beans from Sustain are amazing. The only negative is the in-store prices of beans are much more expensive than the website prices. A bag of Brazil whole beans currently costs £9 to order on the website, but £12 in store (a 33% increase). Buying in-store gets you a "free" coffee, but it's not really free if you're paying £3 more per bag than ordering online and picking up in store.
