I cannot recommend Faz highly enough - from the initial consultation to the finished work, the custoner service & quality workmanship has been exceptional. The fact that Faz takes photos & video of before, during & after gives a feeling of security & trust because let's face it, most of us won't go up onto the roof to check somethings been done. After the last storm some of my ridge tiles fell off. Faz was super helpful, and showed me some pics of the poor condition of the roof tiles. The remedial work he undertook was of a very high quality and he went the extra mile to ensure some further holes in the roof were also taken care of. I happily recommend him. They did a brilliant job. My gutters and drains were long overdue for cleaning, and finding a professional had been challenging as multiple other businesses either cancelled on me last minute or took very long to get in touch. From requesting the job to its completion, everything was smooth and fantastic. Faz was quick to respond to my query and I managed to book them in the same week of my request. They were on time and extremely informative about the steps involved. My gutters have never looked so clean. They went above and beyond by taking down some old Christmas lights from the second floor. They took pictures to show the before and after, and informed me of some issues that need to be looked at. Very helpful and very professional. I will solely be using this business for any further services my property needs. Would highly recommend and have already recommended them to my family.

I can’t thank Faz and Tom enough for their hard work, transparency and professionalism. After contacting Wolf BMS regarding a leak in my loft, Faz quickly identified the issues and took the time to talk me through lots of photographs to show me what was required, so that I could see for myself the extent of the problem. Wolf BMS was recommended by a neighbour. After contacting him, Faz called to give a quote to clear and clean the gutters which had not been done for years. A date was very quickly arranged and the gutters, which were absolutely stuffed with debris accumulated over a number of years, were very professionally dealt with. They are a clean and tidy workforce, very efficient and informative. They provided before and after photographs of the task, which to be honest was a real eye opener. I can't recommend them enough and shall certainly use them again in the future.
