Brilliant. Great service provided and outstanding finish. The team of two arrived on time and got started immediately. All my pot plants and outdoor furniture moved and sheets laid around the house and over my recently installed conservatory roof. The results of the pressure wash, undertaken top down was far better than I anticipated. 8 bags of moss were gathered from roof and gutters and although the mess was awful, they cleaned up incredibly well and left the patio and front garden better than when they arrived. As my house is not too old I didn't expect any roof tiles to be damaged, but they found 4 cracked or broken tiles which they replaced and also cleared out a blocked gutter down pipe. Everything was put back in place after the clean up. The guys were extremely friendly and professional, taking pride in their work and left me with what appears as a new roof. We had some wear and tear damage to our roof (see photos). After being let down by numerous other 'recommended' tradesmen to come and give us a quote I was quite skeptical about trying again. However I can't sing the praises highly enough about Jake and his team. Jake was professional from the moment I contacted him. Fast quote, understanding regards finances and a quick booking in place. The two lads that came to do the job were both friendly and professional. Had the job done in a matter of hours and left the place clean and tidy. Thank heavens it was all done before the awful storms we are now having. I fear we would have had a paddling pool in place of a kitchen floor else😊. Thanks so much Guys. We can wholly recommend Roofmate for the following reasons. When Jake,the MD of the company visited to inspect the roof,he did so in a most thorough manner,including the use of a drone which provided close-up pictures of problems .The scaffolding turned up on the agreed date,as did the roofing team . The team were professional , hardworking and pleasant,giving feedback as to their progress and their findings . Upon completion,we were furnished with photos depicting the before and after work on the roof . It was a hassle free experience. Although we have not had torrential rain since completion,we are confident of the work carried out and can recommend them to you .

I needed an urgent repair to my chimney just before Christmas. Jake was incredibly helpful, got back to me quickly and arranged for the work to be completed the next day. Very reasonably priced and Callum, who completed the work, was on time, professional and completed the work to a high standard. Highly recommended.
