I’ve been coming for years and the food ambiance and customer service is always exceptional. We always leave with huge smiles, thank you Ann for always making it special.

We were blown away by this place. The food was really creative and unusual - vegan Indian small plates with a twist - as well as being absolutely exquisite. Nice selection of wines, and we also tried the medjool date vodka which was delicious. Fine dining standard food served in a casual and cosy setting with friendly service, what more could you ask for. Vegan or non-vegan, you should not miss this place if in the area.

I’ve eaten here several times and every time I am blown away with how delicious the food is. There is always such a range of dishes, but they flavours always go so well together. The ambiance is amazing too, it feels really chilled and intimate. There is great music, but never too loud, and the acoustics mean you can never really hear others’ conversations and vice versa. Perfect for a date night, or small groups. Cannot recommend for high quality, interesting and all round amazing vegan food. The menu changes as well so you never get bored!!

We booked here for my partners birthday and it was absolutely unreal! The food was so delicious, some of the best plant based food we’ve ever had. The service and atmosphere was great, especially Annie who looked after us and talked us through all the food/what to do in Hebden bridge! 10/10♥️

Absolutely a taste sensation! As a meat eater I dare anyone who is on the fence about vegan food to try Nelsons. Every dish is cleverly crafted, the flavours are outstanding and the service and wines are second to none! This really is a special place with vibes, atmosphere and friendly service. 10/10 all round.
