We are very pleased with the work David did for us. He decorated two rooms plus stairs and landing including coving and was extremely thorough. Very high quality of work. Will not hesitate to engage David again.

Having recently moved into a property needing renovation we contacted DG Property and Roofing Repairs as they were a local company and we had heard good things. David has carried out numerous tasks including chimney/roof repairs, penetrating damp repair, loft boarding/new hatch, new ceilings/insulation, plastering, cabinet making/joinery, door hanging and a plethora of other things. All these tasks have been completed at a fair price and to the highest standard and they have made a massive difference in our house, bringing it up to modern day standards. David is professional, friendly and the depth of knowledge he has about his trade has been invaluable to us whilst trying renovate a house that has not been lived in for 3 years. We will continue to use DG for all our future projects and would highly recommend him.

David has done a number of projects for me over the last couple of years. He is reliable, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable in so many areas. He has renovated my sitting room, replacing an old fireplace with a modern opening with a beam. He has decorated two bedrooms, one that needed major work to close up an old cupboard and install fitted wardrobes. David listens to what I want doing and always comes up with a workable solution. He always quotes for the work in advance in detail which is great. He has an excellent eye for detail and goes above and beyond to give a quality finish on anything he does. I am so confident with his work that he is about to start a major new project for me in the coming weeks to convert some redundant space into a cloakroom and an office. I really value that he is multi skilled and does most of the work himself. However he does work with specialists eg electrician as required. He works hard when he is on a job and always leaves things safe at the end of every day. You know you don't have to face cleaning up after him at the end of each day. In short, I can highly recommend David and I know I will get an excellent result. He is in demand so you might have to wait for him to be available but I wouldn't have anyone else to work for me.

We heard of Dave through a friend and booked him to plasterboard over an existing wall cupboard (opening it up in another room) and then skimming the entire bedroom. Dave did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in such a variety of areas in property maintenance. When winds were high we noticed our facias were banging and a side part of our roof had come loose. We were straight on to Dave and he came out and did this for us. His communication is great and he is prompt and reliable.
