I highly recommend CS Plumbing and Building Services. They have completed work for me previously, and I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. I recently had a boiler issue fixed by Calvin. Service and comms were great. Due to the issue we had a leak and had to completely turn the water off, so it wasn’t a great situation. Calvin was able to diagnose the potential problem effectively before the visit via pictures/videos and messages. He turned up with the correct equipment and tools first time. He provided a general estimate of costs which was also very useful. Calvin himself was polite, professional and courteous.

Big thanks to Calvin for coming out same day in the snow for our boiler breakdown. Unfortunately had to order parts over a weekend, but he was back within 48 hours to get us running again. Good communications, nice manner and turned up when he said he would.
