Thank you, thank you, thank you. We visited this place for the first time today. It was good to see Derbyshire oatcakes on the menu which proved to be very tasty. The toasty sandwich was also good and well presented. The prices were reasonable and the service excellent especially as after leaving I discovered that my car had a flat tyre I think some of the pot holes on the country roads had finally claimed a victim lol so imagine my absolute joy that the cafe had a tyre pump which they readily leant me so I could pump in enough air to get back to my holiday accommodation. It’s things like that which make all the difference - friendly and helpful people- I can’t thank you enough I owe you a pint or something. Will definitely be in again next time I’m in Longnor this year. Alan.
We were staying in longnor and i called in to this cafe, I had a lovely hot beef sandwich here, staff were very friendly and even brought water a treats for my dog,
A great find, pleasant staff, not expensive, lovely food, nice place for a chat.
