Terry came to see me when I started getting issues with my old boiler. Terry struck me as vastly experienced, professional, helpful and friendly. It eventually became clear I would need to replace it and I decided I wanted Terry to covert my old system to a new combi boiler. It was a quite a complex and challenging job and I was greatly impressed with his craftsmanship and I could not be happier with the results. I would have no problem at all recommending Terry and will continue to use him for my plumbing and heating requirements.

Terry did an excellent job of installing my new boiler, TRVs and correcting the existing plumbing for the boiler. Despite a few difficulties he was always professional and took things in his stride. I would thoroughly recommend his work and have already told my son to use him for his new boiler.

Install of 5kw Valliant ASHP, new 200l Joule Platinum hot water tank (converting house to unvented system) and replacing/upgrading all the radiators. From the first meeting, Terry demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for 'the job', which had to be done right. Introduced through Heat Geek, Terry completed a detailed survey and provided a great deal of advice before we took the plunge. He was always very clean, tidy and courteous throughout and his professionalism is what you would expect from someone with 'Heat Geek Elite' status. The detail of all individual little the 'extras' Terry included, such as upgrading filter valves, attaching hose connectors to make draining easier (if ever needed) and building a separate 'system deck' when re-plumbing the shower mixers have all added up. We could not be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending Terry to you.

We recently moved to a 1970s house that had a malfunctioning 40 years old boiler. So, we tried to service it through a company suggested by our previous landlord. That company recommended that we replace the boiler since it was too old which we were fine with, however their quote was on the higher side. So, we obtained another quote from Terry for comparison since he had good reviews. Terry's quote was reasonable and hence we went with him. Terry did an excellent job in replacing the old boiler with a new one and also reconfigured the pipe works and controls. He made sure the central heating and hot water systems are working fine with optimised settings for energy efficiency. A couple of weeks later we had an issue with the upstairs radiators not working due to some air lock. Terry came back and installed an additional air vent and fixed the problem. Since the central heating and hot water are sorted now, we are more confident of facing the upcoming winter :)

Being a retired heating engineer, I know what to expect and Terry was very clear and straight forward. Highly recommended
