Responded really quickly to replace a boiler for us on selling a house, the job carried out by Saleem went really well wouldn't have known they had been in house was so clean and let immaculate. A class job definitely recommend to anyone Greg and team are very professional.

From an initial enquiry about my dad's existing boiler, to a visit to quote for a replacement and other plumbing work- we now have a great new boiler with a smart thermostat (smarter than us!). Gregg gave sound, unbiased advice, and talked us through what the installation would entail. On the day of installation, Greg and Alex were on time and the installation went smoothly- even though it required some framework to be built into the roof to accommodate the chimney which was not there before. They left the place as clean as they found it, and then came back to explain and help set up the IT tech for the thermostat on our phones (with great patience I must add!). Thank you so much, would highly recommend Greg and his company. Customer service is always key for us personally, and they deliver it in droves.

Found an issue with our boiler on Wednesday morning, no heating or hot water. Called GR and Gregg responded same day to diagnose the problem. Within 24 hrs he was back to fit a replacement water pump and get the heating and hot water back on again. In this day and age of some questionable tradesmen I can honestly say Gregg provided an excellent quality service at a good price. Highly recommended and my go to for heating and plumbing issues in the future.

Had a drip on my boiler. Engineer arrived within an hour of contacting office for help. Spare part provided and installed quickly and efficiently. Excellent service with a smile as always. Would highly recommend.
