Can’t praise or thank the whole Topspec team enough. From start to finish they worked with us to help create the home we always wanted. They explained the whole process to us and communicated really well throughout the build. The team helped come up with new ideas that we hadn’t considered and we love what we have now got. The lads on the job were all amazing, very respectful and understanding that we had young children around. I can’t not mention Rob (or Rob the Builder as my daughter still calls him). After knowing Simon personally for a number of years, there was no doubt that Topspec were the only company that we would trust to update our kitchen and utility room, and they didn’t disappoint. Rob led the project, and alongside Tyler and Josh, they fit our brand new kitchen, utility room and internal doors to the highest possible standard. They were professional and patient from start to finish, no tweak was too much effort for them. Highly recommended.

Topspec recently undertook extensive refurbishment of my mother’s home including demolition of original kitchen and porch and internal walls, construction of a new extension to the kitchen, creation of a new downstairs bathroom, and fitting out of new kitchen including plastering throughout, new floors and heating system. Construction was progressed in a very professional and timely manner to a very height standard, we are very satisfied with the finished works creating a fantastic new living space. I would thoroughly recommend Topspec, great guys and great job!

Simon and his team did a great job restoring my burnt out apartment in a very short time and at a good price,I can’t recommend them enough they were excellent.

The team implemented all my choices with great professionalism even when they considered them somewhat quirky! I feel like I have a new, bigger beautiful house which is full of light and is well-insulated against the coming winter.
