Having tried a few different places to get our 3yr old's hair cut, Annie does the best job by far. She's also very pleasant and patient, which really helps with a child who doesn't like haircuts. She did a great job today and our little boy is happy! I highly recommend.

Once I arrived I was welcomed by 2 lovely members of staff, who were both professional and delightful to speak to, offered me a drink and made me feel very welcomed!, Alison cut and permed my hair while making conversation and having her colleagues wash and dry which was an amazing experience all around. Could not of asked for better people to have around and trust, I will be back again soon thank you for your hospitality.

Alison is an absolute star 🌟 My 9yr old son hates having his hair cut! He was upset to say the least about me taking him. I usually take him to the barbers but came to Ice instead this time and Alison was so calm around my son and talking to him to relax him … worked a treat. His tears stopped pretty quickly. Took my 3yr old daughter for her first haircut, and was a bit nervous about how it would go. The set up at the salon is great for kids and Alison was amazing. My daughter walked out really happy with her hair even though we'd gone a little shorter - shes looking forward to going again. Alison gave me some helpful advice too. Brilliant friendly service and a lovely salon. I will definitely be booking my daughter in again and taking my other kids when they are ready for their hair cuts. Thanks Alison.

Booked a last minute appointment to have my 2 year old son's hair cut today. As soon as we walked in we received a very warm welcome. Annie was excellent. Very friendly and listened to what I wanted. The salon itself is very nice inside and extremely clean and tidy. My little boy left with a lovely hair cut.
