I had my haircut by Chelsea this morning, she was so lovely and caring. She did a great job of my hair too. I would definitely recommend her. The receptionist yesterday was also very kind and accommodating. The salon is comfortable and clean. A very positive experience.

I’ve been a client at Bei capelli for 10 years. A great salon that I thoroughly recommend. Initially Hannah was my stylist and I was always really pleased with the results. I was never a fan of getting my hair cut when I was younger, finding it awkward at times but this has never been the case at this salon. When Hannah went on maternity leave, Gemma took over my appointments and initially I was a bit nervous about having a new stylist but she put me at ease straight away. She listened carefully to how I like my hair and what I was looking for and every appointment I am always so pleased with the final result. Gemma is very attentive and keen to improve the finish of my hair each time I visit. I look forward to my appointments. I also want to add that when Gemma was off work, my appointment was taken by another stylist, Jody I think it was, she was equally attentive and I was really pleased with the cut she did that day. I think it’s a really well run salon, the environment is clean and well planned, I like the twinkly lights on the ceiling when my hair is washed! The staff are always so friendly, polite, welcoming and make it a lovely experience every time I go.

All the staff are lovely in this salon (I’ve never really felt comfortable in hair salons despite going in them for years!), but Bei Capelli is so welcoming, even when you arrive windswept and knotted (sometimes having attempted to cut your own fringe!). I never feel uncomfortable here, all staff are clearly very talented and professional, Phoebe is wonderful but I would trust any one of them with my hair! I would never go anywhere else

I have been going to Hannah at Bei Capelli for over 10 years! She is simply the best! Hannah always listens to exactly what I want and provides the highest standard of client service. All of the team are so lovely and friendly - it feels like such a treat going to this salon and I cannot recommend them enough.
