Excellent service! Just walked in to see availability got seen right away. Chelsea had wash cut and blow-dry my hair. She did a fantastic job. Hair felt absolutely amazing. Chelsea was very friendly had great conversation was like talking to a friend. Also gave great advice on hair care for my hair type which is curly. Got lots of compliments on my hair from family.

Lovely experience with trainee Natalie completing a Wash, Cut, Blowdry which was overseen by Simone. Clean and tidy salon with parking facilities nearby. Happy with the service I received today, would recommend.

I had been thinking of going back to DialEma in recent weeks but didn't make my mind up until a week ago I bumped in to Becky who looked after me before COVID days. When we were allowed to go to hair salons I found the cost had gone up by about £10. Hower, when I bumped in to Becky she went out if her way to say hello. Her kindness resonated with me as I hadn't been in recent years. I re booked her for an appointment this morning for a shampoo & wet cut. I have wavy hair & although have a short style, I like to make the most of my natural wave. I came out feeling so much better than I have been doing in the last 6 months or more. Admittedly I paid more but the extra cost was worth it! Thank You.

My daughter age 11 had an appointment with Natalie , who she has been to before. Natalie was really attentive and did just as we asked, to trim my daughter's hair and to give her curtains. She did a great job . Thankyou
