Review for the Hair shop I have been coming to the hair shop for at least 15 years and I can thoroughly recommend it. I have had my hair done by the lovely Jane and now Lauren. Lauren is warm, friendly and welcoming every time I go in, she always listens to what I want done with my hair and will go through with me any new colours or styles in a professional and informative way , she gives great advice and recommendations for hair products. She has many loyal customers and is a great hairdresser - I would and do recommend her to anyone - but don’t want her to get too busy she can’t see me! I have been going to the Hair Shop for about 5 years now, Lauren has been my hairdresser since i started going there, and i trust her completely we have changed my style from long to short, she has helped me get my hair back in great conditioner, and we have found a toner that i love on my hair. Jane and Charlotte helped me sort all my wedding hair last summer and on the day Charlotte even came to the venue to do 6 of the wedding parties hair, which were all amazing. Nothing is ever to much trouble i wouldn't go anywhere else and the atmosphere is always so relaxing and friendly in the shop.

I would 💯 recommend the Hair shop and Lauren is a super, amazing hairdresser who will go above and beyond to adhere to all your needs as well as the rest of the team. Nothing is too much for her and she will always listen and give advice. Always very attentive and super friendly. She will always go that extra mile to fit you in if she can but it’s not always possible as she’s so busy, which is a credit to her an amazing professional hairdresser. Would not go anywhere else.

Claire been doing my hair since I was 11 when’s she was working different place, for years I have always been so happy with the outcome, she knows exactly what I want in colour and style and believe me she has been different colours and styles and never fail. Since I have moved out of bham 4 years ago due to new job , had to find a different hair dresser and she completely messed up so I ended up messaging Claire when I was visiting my family and she actually fitted me in. I just recently had it done by Claire 2 weeks when I was in bham again. I only trust Claire with my hair!! Even if it means travelling to bham lol , Worth it

First time visiting cisoria and had my hair done by Georgia. Amazing service from the minute I came in. Lovey women in the salon and so friendly. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted doing when I came in and Georgia had a chat with me about what she recommends and was very patient with me. Left feeling amazing. Will absolutely come again. These guys are really good at what they do and are super friendly in my experience. I've been several times and always had Danielle do my hair, she listened each time to what I wanted. As a result I always left feeling happy, which is what you want after having your hair done! I've had cuts, blow outs and colour on different occasions, always really pleased with the results! I've also been with my 2 year old son and they were so good with him. We will definitely return. With regards to pricing I think they're competitive, you pay for what you get!

First time at Kore and I left as a very happy bunny. Danielle did my hair and WOW she went above and beyond and I left feeling like a princess! All the staff were ever so friendly and kind. Felt so so so comfortable. And I couldn’t help but notice how CLEAN and beautiful this salon is. I have cancer and have been having chemo. I have lost 80% of my hair and yesterday I picked out my wig. Much shorter than my own hair. I was walking past the salon today and thought I’m going to see if they will cut my hair. I didn’t have an appointment so it was a long shot. As expected they were fully booked. I was a little disheartened but I didn’t really expect anything else. Next thing I know Lonzi is waving at me to come back. He has had a cancellation and could chop off my hair. Not going to lie, I cried…because now it’s real and my long hair was going and that means there’s no hiding from the fact I am sick. Lonzi was so kind, so supportive, so patient and I have never felt like I was in better hands! He did the most wonderful cut and he made me feel like a friend was cutting it off. I cannot recommend the salon enough!! I am so happy and will forever be grateful for that little act of kindness at a really difficult time. Thank you!

This is a great little salon in the heart of The Green. Terry was fab, she did my pedicure and my daughter's back, neck and shoulder massage and my daughter loved it. She was warm, friendly and kind and the treatments were reasonably priced. We will definitely be back, and tell others about it! Thank you!

Relaxed experience. Had the vwax treatment and it was the best wax I’ve ever had. She was very thorough, even using tweezers at the end to get every hair! And there’s been no irritation or redness so far. Definitely less painful than a strip wax!

I attended Beauty by Calandra today and from my first visit booking my appointment the staff have been amazing. I received the essential back massage and it was unreal. This was my first ever massage. Terry was incredible. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back. *5
