I’ve been to this salon three times & while there are some great aspects to their services , there are also a few issues that make it hard for me to fully enjoy the experience. On the positive side, their pedicure service is excellent. For £30, you get so much value—hot towel treatment, callus removal, nail varnish for your toes, and a relaxing foot massage. On top of that, the massage chairs they have are fantastic and provide a full-body massage while you’re getting your pedicure. It’s a luxurious experience and one of the highlights of their offerings. However, when it comes to nail services, I’ve been left disappointed. I’m quite particular about my nails and always come prepared with ideas. Before my visit, I contacted them on Instagram to confirm they could do a specific nail design, and they gave me a price. When I arrived and showed the picture, I was told they couldn’t do it, even though I had the Instagram messages to prove otherwise. I actually showed them another picture I had sent to them which they gave me a price for on instagram but regardless they said they couldn’t do it as they didn’t have the colour…This miscommunication was frustrating and unprofessional. I don’t live anywhere near this salon , so travelling all the way , only for them to say they couldn’t do the nails I had originally planned was disappointing. What made matters worse was the attitude of this one particular staff - she genuinely looked pissed off & while I can understand it’s tiring- I would have appreciated if she took a break & come back later rather than be grumpy at me. While I don’t speak their language fluently, I can understand certain phrases and I overheard them laughing and commenting about my nail preferences—this happened in front of other clients, which was incredibly disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. In summary, while their pedicure service is fantastic and great value for money, the lack of professionalism, respect, and communication during nail services really lets them down. I hope they can improve in these areas because it is letting them down.
