I travel from Kent every 6 weeks to get my hair done by Darren in Surrey as he is by far the best colour technician and hairdresser in the UK. I can't praise him enough, he listens and performs miracles with my hair for the past two years. You saved my hair and I just love talking to you. You are BEST!

Darren has been cutting my hair for a while now since my wife recommended him to me. He always does a fantastic job, way better than my previous hairdressers. Thoroughly recommended.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with no9 salon. The staff are pleasant with a wonderful atmosphere. I had my eyelash extensions done due to struggling in the morning with health problems so I can just up and leave without a make-up routine and look more cheerful in appearance. The technician who applied my extensions is extremely thoughtful, I was asked which style I would like, asked me what music I would like, spent a good amount of time, was gentle and very talented, I am very happy with the final look. I have been to a different salon in town where swear music was put on without asking me if this was ok and the final look was disastrous. I strongly recommend this technician and am looking forward to trying the hair salon. Thank you Llana 😊

Would highly recommend. Lovely friendly chilled relaxed atmosphere, just like being at a friends house. I had my hair bleached then dyed a funky colour as well as cut. I absolutely love my new look. Although the first time around my hair didn’t take the colour very well. I went back the following week to have the colour re-applied. Thankfully it has taken now. Now I’m in love with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!! Fantastic service!! The photo with only one curl is the finished result. The others were after the first application which resulted in patchiness.

I’d highly recommend Ewa’s massages. They’re not cheap but they’re very very good.

I have been coming to this salon for years, I trust Abbie and willow over anyone with my hair and every time have a wonderful experience. Willow is an excellent stylist who always goes above and beyond to make sure the outcome of my hair is exactly like the reference photo. Both girls always have the friendliest welcome and always offer beverages to keep everyone comfortable during there appointments!

I came in today with the haircut from hell and Emily fixed me up perfectly! Such a lovely hairdresser! Amazing customer service and I’ve left with the haircut I wanted to begin with you would never have known what I came in with! Amazing service! Will be going back to her again!

I haven’t had my hair cut in so long and was completely unsure about what I wanted but Imi took me through so many options and I am SO happy with the end result. After having my daughter 13 months ago I’ve struggled with what to do to my hair and how to keep it manageable. Emma was absolutely incredible and helped me come up with a plan. I always feel (cheesy I know!) like a new person after my full head of blonde highlights and bob cut! Tish does an amazing job, the whole team are super friendly, the music is chilled, decor and product lovely. Emma also cut our under 2s hair and was fab! Patient and calm with him. Love that you get a loyalty card too- they really look after you!

Letitia the owner is just so lovely. After lots of failed attempts to get my hair colour corrected Letitia listened intently to how I wanted my colour to be and I was not disappointed. I have finally now got the colour I wanted and I’m very happy with the results. The place is so warm and inviting and all staff very friendly. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend Palms.

I’ve been seeing Emma for a few years now. She’s fantastic. Always kind and caring and, of course, great with hair. I have curly hair (3a) and have always struggled to find a hairdresser who understood how to work with it. Until Emma. Since seeing her, my curls are behaving much better. On top of that, the colouring work she does (to hide my greys) is top quality and the salon tries to be as eco friendly as possible. Can’t recommend her enough.

Finally found an eco friendly salon in Dorking! I've been coming to Unparalleled Hair for about 6 months now and have been really happy with the service I've received. Emma (the owner) is brilliant and her attention to detail and advice with my colour and cut has always made me feel very comfortable. All the staff are so lovely and I always feel very welcomed by all. Most importantly I'm very happy with the cut and colour! Would highly recommend!

Had my hair restyled by Emma, and what an experience! From the in depth consultation to the explanation of the products that were used on my hair, to the complete understanding of my curly hair and loads of advice about how to care for and style the cut, it was a great service from start to finish. I've had so many compliments on the cut and absolutely love it. This is a lovely salon, light and airy, with great service. I will definitely be back.

I've been to several salons around dorking now actually I think almost all of them barring one! And this is the best by a mile they have a nice big clean space, with a good amount of staff so appointments are not difficult to obtain. They are very friendly but also let you relax they don't chat your ears off the whole time if you would also like to just chill. Tea and coffee with biscuits are provided. And a very natural professional working atmosphere. But most importantly there skills, there outcomes are always spot on. I have my highlights done there now with styling and they never meds up. Always walk out with a smile feeling great. I took my step daughter there for a treat cut and style...done an amazing job photos attached...and was a decent price too! Definitely worth it. 👌 also, I recommend ( Carly )if you want a professional colour. No job is too big. She always exceeds my expectations!!
