Thank you Charley for giving me a stunning hair cut! After over a year of cutting my hair myself (yes you heard right), I was so pleased to get an appointment and elated with the end result. Charey was super careful to ensure she gave me what I wanted. Very professional, lovely salon, looking forward to going back.

My daughter was a hair model today for a cut and blow dry. From start to finish the staff were very attentive and friendly and asked questions about what my daughter wanted. She can get anxious in these situations but she was very calm and came out very happy after a thoroughly lovely experience.

There is no better place to go. Lorraine is a brilliant stylist, extremely kind and interesting - a truly lovely person. Apart from leaving with super hair, a visit there is a real tonic - it is like visiting the family. Actually, five stars doesn't do it justice, should be ten star. Kate and the team always look after me when I go to Spirit. Since I started going there (probably 10yrs ago now!), I've always put my trust in Kate letting her take the lead once I've given her a general idea of the look I'm hoping to achieve with my hair, whether that is the cut, colour or both, and I've never regretted it. Also, enjoy the massaging chairs when getting my hair washed.. it's the little things!
