I have my hair done by Lauren and it’s always a pleasure. Recently moved to the area and she easily matched up my hair colour and it looks super healthy. I really like coming here as the service is really high standard and great for a good ol chat! Thoroughly reccomend ;)
Really pleased with my haircut and colour by Polly. It was my first time at this salon and she made me feel really comfortable, very friendly, welcoming and professional. I would recommend 100 %
Just had my hair cut at the Horley Row branch, my stylist was lovely, followed what i wanted and gave me a perfect cut. She was attentive, and asked me several times if I was happy with what she had done, the length etc. Will be going back deffo!
I've been with this salon for 3 years. I am very much satisfied with their services. I highly recommend Sarah. She is very knowledgeable with what she does and she seems genuinely nice with her customers.
I have taken my daughter to the Horley row salon for a while now. She suffers acutely with anxiety and I cannot recommend Polly there enough. She is so patient and gentle with her, today she even managed to have her hair washed without me being next to her. Thank you so much Polly.
