Wonderful team and ambiance. I always get a nice cup.of tea.. Louise has been cutting my hair for nearly 10 years and it always turns out just as I like it. The stylish Christmas decorations look very festive:)

I had my hair cut at Jam for the first time about a month ago. I have curly / wavy hair, I asked for a trim and to do something with a fringe, I suggested a curly fringe. What the stylist did was so much better than I could have imagined or asked for. Honestly, she cut my hair in a way that made my hair curler around my face, I love it so much! Stylist (SO sorry can't remember her name) really knows her stuff and didn't try to sell me any products. Very relaxed vibe at the salon, had a lovely tea and biscuit too . Highly recommend the salon, I'll definitely be back, so happy I've actually found a decent salon!

I had hair extensions fitted and I am very happy with the outcome. The staff was very friendly and made me feel important. Everything was communicated throughout the process and Kate is amazing lady. I highly recommend Jam hair.

From start to finish I felt at ease and felt so comfortable with the whole experience. I start off with a very comprehensive consultation with Katie and discussed all my needs and worries. With a plan sorted the whole experience was exceptionally. Staff where brilliant. Certainly my hairdressers for life.
