I recently visited this nail salon after a previous bad experience elsewhere, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Nev was absolutely brilliant — so knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to my needs. She fixed my nails beautifully, and I left feeling incredibly satisfied. Both ladies at the salon were so kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out, and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! I had my nails done at the salon Kam Was amazing, I felt very relaxed and they were very attentive. The salon is very clean and has a broad range of services on offer. They go over and beyond with their customer service. There is also free onsite parking. Highly recommend

I've been to Venus twice in the last 5 weeks and am most impressed. I am going to now aim to go at least once a month from now on. Both the boss who did a super manicure on my first visit and Nav who did my mani and pedicure the second time is lovely. They always fit you in at short notice there's parking outside and it's a wonderful local salon to have in West End. Recommended.
