Fantastic Salon, very friendly and brilliant team! Following a very stressful experience having my son’s (almost 2 years old) hair cut previously I was looking for a salon that might be able to help. I had seen recommendations for Salon 38 about how brilliant Ashleigh was at cutting toddler’s hair so decided to give them a call. From the moment they picked up the phone, booked us an appointment (for the following day) and welcomed us in they couldn’t have been nicer! I was actually speechless by how happy and comfortable my son was having his hair cut by Ashleigh and even more so by how quickly it took her, probably not even 5 minutes! He barely even noticed! Claire was also fantastic with him, helping to keep him distracted and entertained, they both did an AMAZING job and I cannot thank them enough for making the experience so comfortable for us… …So much so that I then booked in for my own hair (they were able to squeeze me in for the following day which was fab!). Lauren did a wonderful job of my hair, I am always quite anxious trying a new salon as I am very fussy but she did exactly what I had wanted, a very talented lady. Thank you to everyone at salon 38, I will no longer dread booking appointments for my son and look forward to my next one also!

She made me feel welcome, treated me kindly and listened to what I needed. She advised me on how best to manage my hair and what products are best for my damaged hair. By far, the best salon I have been to! Ashleigh and Lauren are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. Absolutely love my hair every time i leave, have never once left feeling disappointed. Service is always spot on and defo 5 star!!! Love coming here 🤍

Sophia did my hair. I'm so happy with it. I always wear my hair in it's natural curls but I had it straight today. I felt so relaxed & comfortable with her. She's so friendly & easy to talk to. The salon is clean & warm & I had the best cup of tea ever, perfect brew. Thankyou Sophia
