Visited here for the first time for a freshen up, just a wash, cut and finish and was greeted within 5 seconds of walking through the door. All staff that I spoke to asked me if I wanted anything to drink and showed excellent customer service. Millie did my hair for me and she did an absolutely fantastic job of it, and ensured I was happy with the result before finishing, very chatty too which I found nice because it wasn't awkward as it sometimes is. Would definitely come here again

I had my hair done today and what a great experience that I received. I showed the young lady that attended to me and got me in last minute and I left looking completely different. I’m normally nervous about people touching my hair but I showed her what I wanted and they expectations of what I wanted one more than perfect I can’t recommend Bennett’s enough and I will definitely be back in the future. I will highly recommend, the artist that did my hair today she was absolutely lovely great conversation offered tea coffee or water which is great customer service And didn’t absolutely amazing job on my hair, thank you so much xxxx

I love my hair!!! Millie is such a sweetheart, she did an amazing job, made sure I was okay throughout the appointment; she made me feel so precious! The atmosphere in the salon was also amazing, it was my first time at Bennett’s Hair. I had hair extensions done which I am very happy with. (Not to mention the good prices!) I will be definitely be coming back ;) I wish I had more pictures to show but I’m literally writing this on my way home so happy with the result ❤️

I’ve been coming to Bennett’s for around 6 years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Millie is so talented at both colour and extensions, absolutely nails my hair every time and goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy with it. Miranda is also amazing, has always done my brows and lashes just how I like them and I always come out feeling great! Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming; it honestly feels like you’re part of the family.

A lovely Garden spa taster session. The spa ladies are very attentive and always on hand for help and drinks. The spa facilities are lovely and clean. We also opted for an extra afternoon tea package. Excellent value. A very enjoyable visit.

My first visit and I was very impressed. The smell was incredible coming through the doors. All the decor was very trendy, I love the vibe with all the flowers and the large hot tub for my whole group. I went for my friends hen party and we had a cabin that we were able to decorate and private hire. The staff were so attentive and lovely. My facial was amazing and very relaxing. The afternoon tea hampers were a hit as they were very cute. The sauna was my absolute favourite I’ve been in. The lockers worked well. I will definitely return and I can’t believe I haven’t been before.

I had a lovely day at the Branston branch, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. We enjoyed the facilities as well as a mocktail/alcoholic drink. During our visit we had a delicious afternoon tea/graze box which had a variety of foods and really added to our day out. I had a Swedish back massage for my treatment, Leah was polite, professional and provided a beautiful treatment. I have used Simpsons multiple times and am always left wanting to come back again. Very nice, enjoyed the company of the stylist understood me well, I will be going back to have a brighter colour. Well worth the money my treat to get my hair done. If I go back I would have the same stylist as she was absolutely lovely, made me smile. 😁.

Despite living in Lincoln, I regularly travel over to Halo to have my hair cut by Katie; it's difficult to find a hairdresser that consistently delivers the perfect trim! A lovely salon, I'd definitely recommend to anyone in Lincolnshire who wants fantastic service with a smile!

Had an appointment with Sarah, for a colour. Not sure exactly what I wanted, but Sarah was great!. Talked through colours and toners, what she thought would work well. Excellent customer service , chatting away, like I know her years! ... Brilliant! I think I can say I've finally found a regular hairdresser. Thank you ! Highly recommend.

Head office is one of the best places I've been to get my hair cut. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I arrived late to my appointment due to heavy delays/traffic and they were still very understanding and managed to fit me in. I would recommend them to anyone look to get a quality trim and friendly customer service.

Can’t fault Sam or Sophie both girls work their absolute hardest and meet clients needs. All bookings are taken with respect and kindness. A relaxed atmosphere on entering and never rushed. They are always very busy so book early to avoid disappointment but no surprising that they both have lots of clients. I’ll definitely be back.

She was able to completely fix my horrible hair cut and colour, giving me a beautiful balayage look. Deanna is not only an exceptional hairstylist, but an amazing person. She made sure I was always comfortable, and aware of everything she was doing. She really worked magic and saved my hair. I’m beyond impressed and would recommend her and the salon to everyone

A lovely hairdressers in the heart of the Bailgate in Lincoln. It's such a friendly place and beautiful inside. My stylist Julie is very knowledgeable and cuts and colours my hair beautifully.
