My first visit and I was very impressed. The smell was incredible coming through the doors. All the decor was very trendy, I love the vibe with all the flowers and the large hot tub for my whole group. I went for my friends hen party and we had a cabin that we were able to decorate and private hire. The staff were so attentive and lovely. My facial was amazing and very relaxing. The afternoon tea hampers were a hit as they were very cute. The sauna was my absolute favourite I’ve been in. The lockers worked well. I will definitely return and I can’t believe I haven’t been before.

I had a lovely day at the Branston branch, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. We enjoyed the facilities as well as a mocktail/alcoholic drink. During our visit we had a delicious afternoon tea/graze box which had a variety of foods and really added to our day out. I had a Swedish back massage for my treatment, Leah was polite, professional and provided a beautiful treatment. I have used Simpsons multiple times and am always left wanting to come back again. First time visit and facilities were beautiful, very relaxing. Went for deep tissue massage and brow lamination. Both lovely ladies Leah & Lucy, very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Very happy with results from both treatments and a really great experience from the whole team!
