Had an appointment with Sarah, for a colour. Not sure exactly what I wanted, but Sarah was great!. Talked through colours and toners, what she thought would work well. Excellent customer service , chatting away, like I know her years! ... Brilliant! I think I can say I've finally found a regular hairdresser. Thank you ! Highly recommend.

First time here, relocated from Nottingham, Sarah was my new hairdresser 🤩 She was the best one I have ever had 😀 she was so lovely and spent so much time and care on me that after my cut I'm going back for a spiral perm to finish my look. Great salon and super team. I'm so happy I chose to walk in for an appointment . I went back to the salon to have my long awaited perm, and had a lovely time, lots of lattes and lovely Interactive fun with the other members of staff. Most of all Sarah permed my hair so Brill 😀🥳 that after a brief trim I left the salon without drying my hair!! because it was so curly and perfectly shaped. So happy thankyou 🩷

Head office is one of the best places I've been to get my hair cut. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I arrived late to my appointment due to heavy delays/traffic and they were still very understanding and managed to fit me in. I would recommend them to anyone look to get a quality trim and friendly customer service.
