Laura took the time to consult with me and perfectly matched the extensions to my hair color and texture. The results are incredible—my hair looks fuller, longer, and totally natural. I've already gotten so many compliments! The process was smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciated how Laura and Michaela explained each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon itself is super clean and has such a relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone considering hair extensions!

I walked into the salon in absolute desperation after receiving a horrific colour job elsewhere. My hair was patchy, uneven, and honestly a bit of a disaster. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel so welcome and reassured—exactly what I needed in that moment. Laura and Eva worked tirelessly on my colour correction, and I honestly can’t thank them enough. They took the time, care, and precision needed to transform my hair with an Airtouch balayage—and the result was unreal. I was absolutely blown away by the outcome. Not only did they completely rescue my colour in just one sitting (which felt like a miracle!), but the result has also grown out beautifully. It's blended perfectly, and still looks amazing weeks later. The level of skill, professionalism, and warmth from both Laura and Eva was next level. I walked in feeling defeated and left feeling confident and so grateful. I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough—thank you both for working your magic!

What a lovely salon, today I was for haircut and blow dry with Michael, such lovely and friendly lady, such professional and dedicated for her job , you can see she knows what she is doing, she has 21years + of experience. Loved her hair cut, I was before in different salon and they made such su bad hair cut and Mihaela made such a big transformation. Thank you so much , so pleased that there are such a professional stylists.

Based on the good reviews I booked in online, was pleased that they had space on the same day for a wash cut and blow dry Laura was amazing! She did such a good job but also consulted and advised me on methods , products etc. so helpful and can’t wait to come back here. Super convenient being inside Asda too. 🥰

I found Raj at Adorn Beauty - 104 High St, Watford Salon & Clinic, a patient professional who put all his effort into making sure the haircut was perfect. I chose the bob haircut and left 5 years younger. I highly recommend Raj, you will feel comfortable in his chair. Thank you Raj! She makes you feel so comfortable and she genuinely cares if you like her service. Will surely visit again. She suggested to go with caramel as per my skin tone and as you can see, it's looking lovely.

I can’t recommend enough this salon! Everyone is always so lovely, specially Caitlin and Vicky, the 2 hairdressers I had the pleasure to meet. Vicky helped me to decide which hairstyle I want when I wasn’t sure if getting highlights or dyeing my hair, and Caitlin washed and blow dry my hair really nicely. I love the fact that they actually care about the customers and not just worried about getting the money, which is a problem I see in a lot of hair salons here. Also the prices are very reasonable, you pay exactly for what you get. I am happy to pay when they do a good job. It took me 6 years to find a proper hair salon in the UK and honestly if you are local to Watford you should definitely try!

I was recommended Caitlin at Artisan by a friend and I am so glad I listened! My hair was butchered elsewhere and I thought it might be an easy fix but it wasn’t! I was given a few options and we tried a few things until I was 100% happy and Caitlin was very patient and understanding, talked me through each idea and showed me what it would look like blow dried and straightened. The salon is very welcoming and easy going, a very nice space to spend time getting your hair done. I’m very happy with my cut and will be back :)

I came into moira's to get my hair evened out and trimmed after having some problems taking out braids I caused a lot of damage and breakage in my hair obviously I was very nervous about doing this as it has been a long time since I've cut my hair but Moira has done an excellent job of reassuring me and making sure that my hair is exactly as I like it. Moira is highly skilled and highly efficient her shop is in impeccable condition and is very inviting to come into. Additionally Moira herself is a very intelligent and interesting lady who is always a pleasure to talk to. Cannot recommend enough

As an Indian with long hair, I was a bit apprehensive at the thought of visiting a hairdresser predominantly specialising in afro hair, I needn't have been!! I had the pleasure of getting my hair braided at Moira's and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The skill and attention to detail displayed were truly impressive. Not only did she create braids that perfectly suited my style, but she also made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere at the salon was welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to show off my new braids, and I'll definitely be returning to Moira's for all my braiding needs in the future.

Excellent service! Moira produces high quality styles that last and provides really good customer service. Her salon was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago and I still frequently come to her salon. She is really professional and friendly and is really good at styling my hair.

Friendly and professional staff, the stylist that cut and blow dry my hair understood perfectly what I wanted and done a great job with my hair, which are particularly difficoult. She spent at list 1 hour to make this perfect how I like. I also liked the shampoo and head massage before the cutting, that was relaxing. The building in itself is charming nice and light, but it will need some tlc around.

The service was excellent from start to finish! My nephew and I were warmly welcomed by the team. As this was his first visit to a hairdressers rather than a barber shop he was rather uncertain . Poric’s professional, friendly manner put him at ease. Poric explained to him the condition of his hair; listened and advised on the best approach re length, style etc to reach the desired outcome which was perfect. The conversation was great and helped boost my nephew’s self -esteem relating to the apprenticeship he starts soon. The end result was amazing! Thank you

Felt really low about my appearance for a while and won a complimentary haircut here so decided to go for a different look! The moment I stepped in I felt welcomed, the coffee, head massage and overall treatment had me feeling so relaxed and chatting with Poric while he gave me the best haircut of my life was so lovely. Honestly teared up a little at how good the haircut was and how nice it was to like what I saw in the mirror again! What an amazing experience today! I wanted a balayage but i was nervous having had my hair ruined by bleach in the past. The team here are fantastic, not only did they listen carefully and get fantastic results, but coupled with a great atmosphere, a good laugh and a glass of wine - I just felt relaxed and in good hands. Absolutely amazing service. Went to colour my hair . Regine done better than any other hair stylist has ever done. Well worth them money. Easy to find. Highly recommended- But please book online ahead as Regine is mostly booked out

Regina has been cutting my hair for years, it was the first time I wrote a review, just read a small number of poor reviews left by a small number of people, I was shocked and felt I must write another review! those rather mean reviews are talking about the charge. it's really strange because Regina charges very little for her skill and work, she provides a genuinely good service for very modest fee, do they expect her to work for free and not to eat and feed her children??

Regina has been doing my hair for years, and I will never go anywhere else. She always takes the time to understand my latest fad, and I leave the salon beaming! Her prices are extremely reasonable - West End salon quality at Watford rates.

I've been getting my hair done at Regina's for the last 5 years from blonde highlights to peachy coloured hair, and now copper red as well as the regular haircut. I have always left happy and with expected results (or better!!). Regina herself is lovely, professional and I would absolutely recommend getting your hair done at her salon. ✨✨✨
