I was recommended Caitlin at Artisan by a friend and I am so glad I listened! My hair was butchered elsewhere and I thought it might be an easy fix but it wasn’t! I was given a few options and we tried a few things until I was 100% happy and Caitlin was very patient and understanding, talked me through each idea and showed me what it would look like blow dried and straightened. The salon is very welcoming and easy going, a very nice space to spend time getting your hair done. I’m very happy with my cut and will be back :)

I can’t recommend enough this salon! Everyone is always so lovely, specially Caitlin and Vicky, the 2 hairdressers I had the pleasure to meet. Vicky helped me to decide which hairstyle I want when I wasn’t sure if getting highlights or dyeing my hair, and Caitlin washed and blow dry my hair really nicely. I love the fact that they actually care about the customers and not just worried about getting the money, which is a problem I see in a lot of hair salons here. Also the prices are very reasonable, you pay exactly for what you get. I am happy to pay when they do a good job. It took me 6 years to find a proper hair salon in the UK and honestly if you are local to Watford you should definitely try!

I'd heard good reviews about Artisan and had been looking for a new hairdresser after years of the same old style. I popped in on the off chance and asked for a consultation. They were super helpful and not at all pushy. I booked in for the next day with Jack. He was fantastic. Whilst I knew I needed a change I wasn't quite sure what I wanted as I've always had long hair but felt it was time for a change. He took the time to discuss some options and I put my faith in his hands. I'm so pleased with the result and I can't recommend Jack highly enough. And such a nice guy. Thank you.
