Took my teenage daughter today 24/07/24 to have her ears pierced, must say she was made to feel so at ease and the young lady who looked after my daughter was fantastic from start to finish, pricing was really good. Would deffo recommend to anybody. Amazing all round. Thank you.

I took my teenage daughter to have her ears pierced yesterday and I am thrilled with the treatment we received by Phoebe from the moment I stepped into the shop to make an appointment. She was professional but as others have said, genuinely lovely. My daughter was nervous but Phoebe put her at ease and the whole experience could not have gone better. Beauty Clinics can often be a little overwhelming but Matisse felt warm and friendly and I only wish I lived closer to enjoy it more. Thank you Phoebe.

Took my 8 year old to have her ears pierced for first time. She was a little nervous as you would imagine, but staff were really friendly which reassured her. Quick, clean and easy. She loved it too. Would recommend to any parents for their little ones. 👍🏻
