I have been going to Lorraine for over 2 years now, and I absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is extremely professional and always strives to improve her services by keeping up to date with everything and also venturing into new things. She is very friendly and courteous and puts you at ease. She has tremendous skills with nail art and can pretty much do whatever you want. I have no problem recommending Lorraine, you will not be disappointed. Whatever you need she can do

Lorraine is an amazingly talented nail technician, her designs are bespoke to each client and she is always learning and developing new styles, nothing is too much trouble. Her treatment room is always welcoming and each visit leaves you feeling pampered and special. Her attention to detail and her insistence on using only safe products on nails, lashes and skin leaves you totally confident in her and her treatments.

I visited this salon for the first time recently for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry with Janet. All the staff are really friendly, professional and made me feel super comfortable. I wasn’t very happy with my colour that was done at a previous salon but after explaining this to Janet and showing her a few photos of the sort of colour I liked, I could tell straight away that she was very experienced and knew what she was doing. I love my new colour and am so happy I have found a salon that I am happy to go back too! Would highly recommend :-)

Incredible salon!! Every visit to Rochelles brings me great joy. I find myself looking forward to each appointment as if going to have coffee with a dear friend. The staff are superb, not only in the level of care taken to provide me with a professional and friendly service, excellent treatments and a wide range of appointment availability but in the enjoyment they show in their roles. The salon is a beautiful space and always so clean. On most occasions I’m taken into my appointment early and always offered a drink. Thankyou ladies, for always looking after me and my eyebrows!

I love coming here for treatments; the girls are all lovely, the setting is relaxing and I’m always so happy with my brows. As someone who used to find going into salons or for new treatments very daunting, the girls are amazing at explaining everything, are professional yet friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Haircut for 2 wriggly little boys. Gemma did fantastic job, she was talking to the boys, they were sitting still while she worked. Whole process took 10 minutes per boy. I experienced that in every barber shop in Shaftesbury, the barbers were cutting at much slower pace, children were getting restless and barbers were impatient - didn't feel welcome in any of the barber shops. In Over the Top, we felt welcome and while one son was getting a haircut, the other son was playing with Arthur the dog ;) We will definitely return. Thank you

I have been a client at Over The Top for many years now. They are by far the best hair salon in the area. The team are warm, welcoming and incredible at what they do. The salon itself has a lovely atmosphere, I am always listened to and given great advise by my stylist.

I love Heidi from Bee stylish, she always does my hair amazingly, I'm always well looked after, she is extremely polite, she did my wedding hair last year and it was lovely it lasted all day, considering we played rounders aswell as being on a bouncy castle

I haven't been to the hairdressers for a long time but I met the lovely hairdresser Gemma. She made me feel at ease and completely transformed my hair. I absolutely love my hair. I would highly recommend treating yourself here.
