Such a great relaxing pedicure this afternoon. Booked for my friend and I to have our luxury pedicures together. Really happy with my finished toes and my feet are feeling fabulous, too. The glass of Prosecco was a lovely added touch to the overall experience. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you to the three lovely, friendly staff in the salon.

Lovely experience at The Venue today! I had a luxury pedicure done by Mia who was their trainee and I am SO happy with the results. The whole experience was so relaxing and even though it was early in the morning, I was greeted with smiles and a very warm welcome. I also really appreciate the extra mile they went to, to get me oat milk so I could have a coffee! Thank you so much, I shall be booking again.

After being let down by my local hairdressers, I needed to find somewhere to get my hair cut. I found a last-minute appointment with Lois at Shaftesbury. All staff that I seamed friendly, Providing a lovely atmosphere. I gave Lois very little input as to what I wanted. The haircut is amazing; I will be booking again when I need my next haircut. Definitely recommended

Great salon. I had my very long hair washed, cut and blow dried. Really pleased with the results. Then full gel manicure with Sophie-gold for Christmas!!! Amazing

My sister hired Gill and her team for hair and make-up for her bridal party. It was a wonderful experience. Gill knew exactly what I wanted, was so lovely to chat with during the styling and my updo lasted all night. Thank you for making me look my absolute best!

I booked The little Sanctuary for my bridal hair and make up and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience from the trial to the wedding morning was so lovely! Through all the chaos of flower kids, bridesmaids and parents running around Gill and her team gave us stunning hairstyles and make up. We were all so happy with how our looks turned out. I have been a client at Over The Top for many years now. They are by far the best hair salon in the area. The team are warm, welcoming and incredible at what they do. The salon itself has a lovely atmosphere, I am always listened to and given great advise by my stylist.

Haircut for 2 wriggly little boys. Gemma did fantastic job, she was talking to the boys, they were sitting still while she worked. Whole process took 10 minutes per boy. I experienced that in every barber shop in Shaftesbury, the barbers were cutting at much slower pace, children were getting restless and barbers were impatient - didn't feel welcome in any of the barber shops. In Over the Top, we felt welcome and while one son was getting a haircut, the other son was playing with Arthur the dog ;) We will definitely return. Thank you

I haven't been to the hairdressers for a long time but I met the lovely hairdresser Gemma. She made me feel at ease and completely transformed my hair. I absolutely love my hair. I would highly recommend treating yourself here.

I went to Hair and Beauty Lounge for the first time to have my nails done for a special family occasion. I felt welcomed and put at my ease by Bayleigh who was a lovely, very professional young lady. I'm very happy with my nails! 😄 Definitely a 5 star experience.

Last time I had a massage, wasn’t the best (many years ago in a spa). so I had a low opinion on them. After hearing good reviews about the massages, I bit the bullet & booked in last night for today. Just left the salon after having the promotion offer on a full body/deep tissue massage with the complimentary Indian head massage. After today, I will be back in for regular treatments. Jess, the lovely lady who provided me with the most OUTSTANDING service. Jess made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident within the treatment. The room had this beautiful music playing, very calming atmosphere. Asked about the areas that affect me most, asked me questions through out if I was okay, and the pressure was comfortable. Very, very warm welcoming. Top notch work and I’ll see you soon! 100% recommend Jess for a treatment, £45 is a great price for what I’ve had done today. I feel amazing, and the products used are beautiful.

Having been to the same hairdresser for years my mild anxiety on my first visit to VIP was immediately dissipated.. A warm welcome by all. Fabulous colour, and the cut is superb. My hubbys comment says it all. “ That’s the best I’ve seen your hair look for years! I have a new wife!” I love it. Thank you Gemma for a great cut, and attention to detail, and the colourist whose name I didn’t pick up did a great job. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Never having used this salon before I arrived with hesitation, however, I was quickly put at easy. Everyone was so friendly. Courtney spend a long time discussing colours for new hi lights and she knew exactly what colour would suit the colour tones of my natural hair. She decided on three different colours one being a lot darker than my natural hair colour I was a bit worried but there was absolutely no need. She knows exactly what she’s talking about. The end result looks amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased. The cut she gave me was equally as good. This has by far been the best hairdressing experience I have had. Courtney your a star. What a beautiful, idyllic location for any type of beauty treatment on this list! First time visiting the salon today. I had Sasha deal with my eyelashes and give me eyelashes extensions. What a wonderful lady. I have had some many bad experiences in the beauty industries. However Sasha truly made me feel so amazing throughout the appointment. I have booked back in to have my eyebrows shaped, tinted and waxed plus infills and I already cannot wait to go back! 🤍

Had my eyelashes (full set) done yesterday wanting a natural look which is fuller around the edge of my eyes. Sasha was amazing and did a great job. My eyes were uncomfortable when I got home so I called back and they fit me in less than 24hrs later to do a touch up and make sure I was 100% happy. Great customer service and lovely work with great isolation and lovey natural look. Thank you!

Had a wonderful spa day at Transformations. The staff were brilliant and I left feeling great having had a deeply relaxing massage and amazing facial .The relaxation room lived up to expectations. I was gifted a voucher for an eyelash lift and tint. The treatment itself was so relaxing, everything explained to me, extremely friendly staff and the results are amazing. I look like I'm wearing a soft mascara and haven't felt the need to wear any mascara on my holiday.
