I highly recommend Beau’s Beauty as I have been twice to have my nails done and a pedicure. Lena and her mum are lovely and make you feel so welcome. Ive never had a pedicure before and it was amazing so relaxing and will definitely have more done there. It’s a warm welcoming and relaxing place to get all your beauty treatments done.

The most wonderful experience as always! I have been to Beau’s Beauty & Aesthetics four times and will continue to return especially for my Manicures and Pedicures. Lena is so lovely and my most recent autumn nails are stunning! Every treatment Lena provides is exceptional and to the highest standards. I also enjoy our conversations; with Lena and Helen (her Mum) such a welcoming, friendly and homely-feeling salon! Absolutely recommend!

Booked in a nail appointment, prior to my holiday, two weeks on going strong! I also booked in very last minute for eyelash curl and tint. Wow!! Stayed late to fit me in (as I’d been let down and had limited availability. The care, kindness and attention to detail is outstanding. The pride of Dorchester, Akemi Spa is a treat for the mind, body, and soul. Upon entering the spa I was immediately engulfed but the warm vibe. The owner Kelly has an infectious smile that says, “you’re in good hands.” The massages are more than enjoyable, they are a health necessity if rejuvenation, balance, and relaxation are your goals. I highly recommend a day of pampering and self care. Get a mani and pedi! Slump in and prance out, you won’t regret it! Prices are reasonable, service top notch, staff professional, and welcoming. Don’t go to Dorchester without visiting Akemi Spa.

Kelly & Hope recently did the makeup for my Wedding and we were all over the moon with the service we received! I had a makeup trial before the Wedding which was really enjoyable and helped to give us an idea of what we wanted to do on the day. Kelly & Hope were amazing on the day and made us all look incredible! We received so many compliments and they provided (as always) a professional and friendly service. It was lovely having them at the venue with us as we were getting ready and everyone’s makeup looked amazing all day long! I cannot thank Akemi Spa enough for helping us ladies all look fab on my big day! Thank you!

I just wanted to thank Daisy for the fabulous hair cut. As a curly haired woman, it’s been a constant struggle to find someone who understands curly hair. Daisy was very engaging and knowledgable, and passed on lots of tips and suggestions. I’m delighted with the results, which is a pretty unique experience for me! Thank you!

Can't recommend this place enough. I recently got married and was lucky enough to have Jana do my hair on the morning of the wedding. Her skill is incredible and she created exactly what i'd pictured in my head. She's so friendly and did an incredible job on my maid of honours hair as well! 100% would recommend!!

I’ve been going to Meraki for the past couple of years and have always left with dream hair, confidence and a spring in my step. I’ve had styles by Lily, Daisy and Emma and have always been super happy with my hair. I work away but drove 5 hours because I rate this salon this much. Everyone works so hard, even the apprentices and I cannot recommend Meraki enough. Super knowledgeable, full of useful advice on hair care and expert stylists. Thank you for making me feel like a princess with great hair!

I have been going to Lucie now for approximately 6 months trying to go blonde and blonde i have gone! I genuinely could not recommend her enough, she has so much patience and is completely honest with you! Photos just go to show how many hours and effort she has put in! 💞

Afina Hair and Beauty is a lovely salon - it's stylish, friendly and welcoming. It has a bright and airy atmosphere. Eleanor is a great stylist - very happy with my haircut and highlights. Amy did a fantastic job with my manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend

Emilee is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Used to have a lot of anxiety after a bad experience at a different hairdressers, but since going to Emilee for the past two years - i have never felt more confident in myself or my hair. Having visited Alfina for the first time yesterday, I cannot recommend it enough. I booked in to get colour, a cut and a blow dry with Emilee and she absolutely perfected the look I was going for. I arrived with hair that had been left for over a year and a half, that really needed some attention and I left feeling so happy with my new style. Thank-you Emilee! The salon itself is such a wonderful, calm and inviting space. There’s lots of complimentary drinks to choose from and if you’re caught off guard - they even have tampons, deodorant and other toiletries in the bathroom - such a nice touch! If you’re looking to find a hairdresser that makes you feel super comfortable and listened to, I cannot recommend Emilee at Alfina more. I will definitely be back!
