Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

I had the chance to work with Georgie yesterday, and she was fantastic! Super organised and always there to help out, making sure everything ran smoothly. She's incredibly hardworking and such a lovely person to be around. From calming last-minute nerves to handling every detail with ease, she went above and beyond to make the day perfect. I’d definitely recommend Georgie to any couple looking for a brilliant wedding planner. She’s truly a star!

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Wow! Working with Georgie was a dream from start to finish. Not only was she the ultimate professional with clear communication, vision, and support from a suppliers perspective, she was a constant support to the Bride, Groom and guests throughout the wedding day. Katie did some personalised balloons for my hen party/wedding and also did quite alot of my wedding stationery; name cards, table plan, stickers for my favours, menus and some signs. They all looked great and were just how we wanted them. Will be using Katie again for an further events! Thank you 😀

This company is my go to for any sort of balloons and decorations! My daughters balloons have still lasted and her birthday was in March! This is the type of amazing quality you would expect from Katie! Any ideas I give her she will fulfil them and make them better than expected! Already got my next order in with her and will be using her for many years to come! Highly recommend

I asked for decals for some signs for our wedding! Nellie May offered a variety of options, fonts and checked all the details, beautiful designs and great customer service, would definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again when I can!

Firstly: Sammie was absolutely lovely; she’s incredibly skilled and super friendly. She created a beautiful 50th birthday display for my mum’s surprise party with LED lights and a large garland. Sammie ensured that she paid attention to detail and even surprised us with a lovely champagne glass 🥂 with my mums name on it and a bottle of bubbly 🍾 Thank you very much for your service and kindness! I have had numerous balloons from Nellie Mae parties from birthday balloons, new baby balloon, elf Christmas balloons and each and everyone has exceeded my expectations! They are amazing quality, and beautiful displays! Sammie is so lovely and friendly too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for balloons I definitely recommend.
