The service which we received from Louise and her team was exemplary. Firstly, we could not have organised the day as successfully as we did without Louise's help. With her support, we were able to fully embrace and enjoy the day and, also, in the knowledge that the day itself would be memorable. Everything was perfect, even the weather was better than the forecast!! And this was all done in a very calm and most professional manner. The best decision I have made (bar my husband) was hiring Louise. Every one needs a Louise in their life (just generally really!) But ever more so when planning a wedding. Louise did on the day coordination for us, but she was so much more than “on the day”. She had so much experience and great ideas - she nailed the Supplier management, guest list coordination, set up and pack down. Overall she was a must have for our day and meant we had the best time. I could not rate Louise higher. I loved working with her before - calm, steady, always at the end of a WhatsApp when I needed her (even at 3 am!) and on the day not only did she ensure it ran like clockwork she managed every single little hurdle (sewing a guest back into their dress, shuffling a drop out, seating plan changes, guests drinking too much!) I didn’t even now this all happened until after because she just allowed us both to have the best time. If you’re thinking about hiring Louise - don’t think, just do it. It’s the best decision you’ll make for your wedding - bar your husband (hopefully!).
