We are so grateful to Mel for her incredible hard work planning our wedding over the last 18 months, and could not recommend her more highly! We knew we wanted a big marquee wedding at my parents’ home with glamping options for guests and a ceremony at the local church, but otherwise we had no idea what we were doing so we relied on Mel entirely to bring our ideas to life - from vendors to the logistics to the design and timeline of the entire weekend. There are so many stressful elements to planning a wedding (especially one with a big guest list that was not held at a typical wedding venue, such as ours), but we can confidently say we really enjoyed the entire process and that is completely thanks to Mel. Mel was so easy to work with throughout the whole process, with clear communication via email and organising regular check-in calls at our convenience to keep everything on track. She truly went the extra mile(s) to make sure our weekend was a complete success: from staying late and arriving early during set up on the weekend, to even bringing in her husband to help design our wedding stationery! Mel’s calming and enthusiastic presence was such a blessing in the lead up to the weekend itself, and she was there to answer any of our concerns. It rained basically the entire day before and the morning of our wedding day, but Mel stayed calm and positive throughout which really helped calm everyone’s nerves. She managed to organise all the vendors and finer details perfectly, while adjusting for less than ideal weather conditions and navigating through the chaos of my very large family - and so the wedding really turned out perfectly (with gorgeous sunshine!). So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the tent looked, how excellently the wedding seemed to flow, as well as how happily and relaxed the two of us seemed throughout the day - and again that is all thanks to Mel. We had the best weekend of our lives, and we are forever grateful to her for all her hard work and dedication!

We had a great experience working with Mel from Your Story Events. We engaged her for our wedding at the Barbican Conservatory in London. We are based in the United States which adds the complexity of a 5 hour time difference, however Mel was accommodating with organizing the right cadence of Zoom calls and being flexible with timing and availability. She was invaluable keeping us on track leading up to the big day, sourcing and chasing suppliers, and interjecting helpful opinions when asked. In particular she had a big influence on the day by helping us find a celebrant from a few curated choices. She thought of many things which would not have occurred to us. She was great in explaining the different options and nuances with each option and providing honest feedback, which allowed us to choose vendors that were more representative of the vision we wanted. The wedding day was actually a breeze and the final few days leading up to it. There may well have been fire-drills in the background, but we never heard of them. In fact, the biggest snafu might have been the length of the wedding dress, but Mel was 100% prepared with safety pins and was able to work her magic to ensure the dress would not catch during the first dance. The whole day was very smooth, which is testament to the amount of planning done by Mel in advance and coordination with different vendors and the venue the day of. We certainly enjoyed the day rather than had to worry about the behind the scenes logistics of the event. We knew that having her plan our wedding was the right choice and trusted her judgment and feedback every step of the way. We would certainly recommend Mel for anyone planning a wedding.

Mel was our on the day co-ordinator for our wedding in August, she was always more than happy to have a call to discuss any issues we had ahead of the day. She also attended our site a few months before the day, to ensure she knew the set-up we were envisaging and to help with any queries our suppliers may have had on the day. As part of our package we had asked Mel to attend the day before, this was a huge relief and helped calm our nerves as we were having a DIY wedding the whole week before the wedding we spent hours setting it all up. By having her help the day before was hugely beneficial and any issues that arose she was able to help solve them quickly and having her expertise to hand was amazing…Along with her emergency kit! Mel was lovely throughout, really approachable and made sure both myself and hubby were okay throughout the day and making sure we had a drink in hand too! If you are planning a DIY wedding yourselves we would highly recommend having a wedding co-ordinator, as this was something we were unsure of however after experiencing it first hand, it meant we could really focus on our guests and enjoy the whole day without worrying about the background running of the day! Working with Melanie at Your Story Events was an absolute dream! We live in the USA and desperately needed help with planning our wedding in England. She helped us with vendors and every other little and big thing that goes into planning a wedding. From the very beginning, she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I was lucky enough to be the wedding photographer at a wedding at Vanstone Park earlier this year in the gorgeous tipi provided by Country Tipis. I can't recommend this venue enough for anyone wanting a great site to host a really memorable wedding or party. There is so much space and so much scope to turn it into any event you want to!

We had the best day of our lives! Country tipis have been amazing at making our day so wonderful and spectacular. Great communicators and they genuinely want the best for you. If you want a tipi/festival wedding look no further. Having it at Vanstone had the added benefit of the beautiful view, wooden floor already in place and all the amenities like toilets sorted. They're partnered with the swig and Philly for the bar who were the most genuine and friendly team. 100% recommend

My daughter had a safari sleepover last night. The teepees and accessories were beyond my expectations, the attention to detail, the care and pride that went into the creation of this magical space for my daughter and her friends was amazing. Not a thing was out of place, not a crease to be seen it was brilliant. I would very much recommend Add Magic. Neil and Viviana were lovely people, we were in very good hands. Viv and Neil created a truly magical night for my 13 year old to step into teenage years. They were prompt in their communication, delivered exactly what was promised and all in a timely manner. Add magic provided a teepee party for my daughter this weekend. The service from start to finish was so kind and friendly and warm. The thought and planning on the day as to how best to set up the space and make it look truly special was lovely. The set up was stunning, attention to detail was meticulous. I had 2 parties over 2 nights and Vivi and Neil came out and changed all the bedding and reset for the next night. The whole experience really was magic.

What a fantastic experience I had with Add Magic. I was hesitant to book initially as there was so many options to choose from but I’m so glad I went with Niel and Viviana! Professional, friendly and very fairly priced! They made sure my daughter Chloe’s 8th birthday sleepover party was unique and special. Going the extra mile to adjust the theme and colour scheme. Great communication too. Cannot recommend them enough 🙌

They were really great with being understanding as we had to change our date several times. The set up was beautiful ( although was slight mix up on the day but due to person reason we had to plan our wedding quite last min and had changes. So would just put it down to not having as much time & chance to go through everything properly-So that why we have given 4 stars) But honestly Clare & Amy are really amazing! Thank you so much again! Also feel prices are reasonable and they make easier to having packages and include the photo-booths so you feel you have one less thing to organise yourself .

We really can't recommend Clare and Amy enough. From the moment we met them they were fantastic. We found then to be friendly and professional with great communication. They guided us through everything we needed for our wedding and arranged the decor, flowers and photobooth. When we wanted to add things on, it was no problem. The decorations and flowers on the day were absolutely stunning and beautiful and really made the occasion. We are extremely grateful to them both for their hard work and expertise. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Olive events I was let down last minute by a supplier and happened to come across olive events ( thank god I did ) because they went above and beyond to make my venue the most beautiful wedding EVER Nothing was to much for them, from meeting me in London to run through it all, organising the supply of chairs and just doing such a wonderful job My husband had no idea what we had chose and when he saw the place on the day, he was so over the moon and could not believe what Amy and Danny had achieved I will be using them for future events ♥️

Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Wow wow wow! If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would! Lucie was unbelievable and that’s an understatement! Our wedding took place at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire and Lucie knew her way around the venue, which meant we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was patient and understood our every need without us having to explain in depth. She gave us the reassurance we needed, to know our day would be perfect! On our wedding day, she took control of everything and even our guests were so complimentary of her! I had forgotten to write my name cards for the seating plan and told Lucie. She asked for all the names and the next minute, she’s printed them all out and placed them in the seats - always one step ahead! I was very nervous as my bridal entrance was approaching, but Lucie’s calm nature and warm personality completely relaxed me. She sorted out the trail of my dress without me even realising and guided me as I began my walk down the aisle, without even being seen by the guests. Honestly, I cannot recommend Lucy enough, you’d be lucky to have her! Aside from a fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucy was just a joy to have at our wedding!

Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx

Ultimate Professionals... Went to a friend's wedding last year and the event was hosted completely by Elegant Events... Everything was perfectly done, from tables to the stage and to the venue itself, and their decoration was a masterpiece. If you want a once in a lifetime wedding, Elegant Events is the go-to place. We contacted Elegant Event Professional in regards to organizing my brothers wedding last year. Despite a relatively short turnaround time, they were able to meet (and exceed) all of our requirements. Imz stayed in contact with us throughout to keep us updated, and was easily approachable if we had any questions. Most importantly, the venue looked beautifully elegant and food was delicious.

I can't say enough nice things about Rebecca and her team at Enchanted Gardens. She made us feel so welcome and special from our first meeting in planning for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous with so many possible permutations as to how it can be used. We had our ceremony outdoors in the magical, peaceful glade which was utterly perfect with photos in the beautiful wooded areas. Rebecca supplied our drinks and food, which many of our guests said was delicious. She allowed us to decorate the venue and it truly felt like OUR space for the day. Rebecca is warm and lovely whilst also being incredibly efficient and organised and always happy to answer the insane amount of questions we asked her!

We had our dream wedding with Rebecca and team at Enchanted Garden. We couldn’t have wished for a better day. Communication was easy, if we had any queries, Rebecca was always happy to answer them. Last minute changes due to the weather didn’t phase Rebecca and she pulled out all the stops to make our day amazing! Such a beautifully natural location to get married. We were sold on the venue as soon as we saw the ceremony area in a clearing in the woodland. We knew we didn’t want a formal traditional wedding, and an outdoor festival vibe was the perfect alternative for us. Food was really important to us and we weren’t disappointed. Rebecca hosted a delicious BBQ and we hired a pizza van for the evening. If you want to be able to get creative with your wedding, this is the place!

From the start of our wedding planning Rebecca was on hand to answer any questions, and met with us to talk through what we wanted. She worked closely with other suppliers to put together the perfect day for us. The venue is so peaceful and we loved being able to get married outside in the copse.
