We had Kris come to my son’s 4th birthday party dressed as Spider-Man, and he was absolutely incredible! From the moment he arrived, he was fully in character — swinging into action and instantly capturing the kids' attention. My son was completely starstruck and talked about “meeting the real Spider-Man” for days afterward! Kris was not only entertaining but also patient, kind, and so engaging with all the kids. He led games, posed for countless photos, and made sure every child felt included. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his energy made the whole party unforgettable. We had a pleasure of having Kris from Anywhere Parties as our children’s party entertainer in Bishop’s Stortford and he was absolutely fantastic! He far exceeded all our expectations—every parent was commenting on how brilliant he was. He managed to keep over 50 children of various ages (from toddlers to teenagers) fully engaged and entertained throughout the entire party, which I know can be sometimes very tricky! The games were great and all the children had a brilliant time. We’re already looking forward to booking Kris again. Highly recommend!

Keshia and her team did a fantastic job looking after the bar and drinks at our wedding. They were hard working and professional. Keshia also acted as an on the day coordinator, looking after suppliers, dealing with issues and ensuring the schedule ran well. I would highly recommend Keshia.

A big thank you to Truly Lush events for all their hard work on my husbands 60th birthday party. Keisha and her daughter worked so hard ensuring all the guests had a drink, keeping on top of clearing empty glasses and bottles. Putting food in the oven and ensuring the buffet table was always topped up. We also had an area for Vegan food which they managed very well. I would totally recommend using this service so that hosts can sit back and enjoy their party and chat to guests.

I had hired Truly Lush Events to serve the drinks and make cocktails for my daughter’s mehdni party. Keshia is amazing, right from our first interaction till the end of the party, she was professional, polite, helpful and always smiling. During all our numerous phone calls as I really didn’t know how to plan the party Keisha was always on hand with advice and reassurance. Together with Dashey they worked hard to make sure all our guests had a drink in their hand. Several of the guests commented on the great bar staff. I would highly recommend them

Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Lucie was nothing short of a God-send to me for my wedding. She was so responsive, enthusiastic, and lovely to work with. The fact that she was so experienced working with Chenies Manor House meant that she knew exactly how everything worked, which made things easy, particularly for my other vendors, but she also knew how to make our day different to other weddings. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx

We had our wedding in August 2021 and getting married in our 30s means lots of kids within our families and friends. We decided to book safe and sound as it was important for us to have the children there on our special day but also have the parents relax and enjoy our day with us. We booked the whole day package from 2 until 11pm and it was the most perfect day. It could not have been nearly as perfect without Stephanie and her team there to look after and entertain our bundles of joy. We had 13 children on the day and one was my niece with special needs. Stephanie dedicated a one to one for her and the feedback from all the parents was amazing. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for Lucy's guidance throughout the entire process. Her expertise was incredibly helpful and we felt sure of every decision knowing that she had signed off. She recommended absolutely top notch vendors and I don't think a single thing went wrong on the day (or if it did, it's still a secret from me!) Lucy was an absolute star on the day and was so great at being right there when we needed, and then fading into the background to ensure that everything went seamlessly.

We worked with Lucy for around a year planning our wedding which took place at our family home last weekend and she was hands down our best decision of the whole wedding. Her knowledge and expertise was unmatched and we would not have been able to have the wedding that we did without her involvement. From the very first meeting she came up with the idea for our wedding favours which were one of the biggest successes of the day and from then on provided us with so many great ideas & insight throughout down to every little detail. She helped steer us in the right direction on so many different elements from tableware, crockery, lighting & decor as well as detailed timings on the day and making sure not one thing went wrong, which it didn't! She was a brilliant sounding board, always kept very calm and a sense of humour throughout which made the whole experience fun for us the whole way through. I am truly sad that we don't get to continue working with her after the wedding but could not recommend her higher and hope that many couples in the future get the opportunity to work with her & have this experience!

Host made our party. The effortless way that Chef and rest of the team turned up, prepared the most wonderful delicious dishes, serving it hot and beautifully displayed to a party of nearly 50 people was amazing. The portion sizes were beyond generous and the team kept the drinks and food flowing from start to finish.Between Lucy and Simon, they planned my event, the food, the drinks, arranged delivery and collection and thought of everything. I did not need to lift a finger. The presentation of the food and the conduct of this team is without fault. At the end of the night, I walked into a pristine kitchen with nothing to do. The glasses were provided and collected without the need to clean and they managed my expectations whilst bringing them to life with a professionalism and expertise that is exemplary. I could not be more grateful or recommend them highly enough.

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for everything on our wedding day! Absolutely everybody was raving about the food at our wedding, the level of service from your team were faultless and we as the bride and groom were so extremely happy with the quality of the meals (considering you catered for so many guests!) - everything from the meal to the canapés and the evening food was 10/10.
