Thank you for all of your help with our guinea pigs over the years. Staff are helpful, friendly and sympathetic. Got good advice from the vets and they gave us time to think about options and to mourn the loss of our guinea pig.

Doctor Elena treated my elderly dog for an ear infection. He is quite nervy but she handled him very well, cleaned his ear and then administered a single dise treatment so as to jot have to repeat daily which would stress him. Very caring and kind. Would recommend.

Had to take my elderly cat there to be put to sleep last Wednesday, the staff were absolutely brilliant, the lady vet who sent tinker on the way was so kind, empathic, allowing us to hold while she past. I cannot thank them enough. Xx

Been with this practice since we moved here 24 years ago. Julia who's business this was until she decided to try and semi retire is an absolute dedicated vet through and through. The practice is currently suffering from trying to employ another vet or vets but still gives 100% service. Never had to complain of the service given.

I have to say i have only ever received great service and assistance from Medivet Washingborough. When i moved to the area and was looking for a vet i was told by some to avoid this practice but i must go on record as saying i am glad i didn't and to date the friendly and helpful staff at this clean and tidy practice have been top class. And the dog is relaxed when she arrives which is also a huge plus.

Mr Owen and his staff have always been an amazing team. Yesterday we lost our 16 year old retriever. We lost his brother 3 years ago. We have used this veterinary clinic the whole time as Mr Owen is an excellent vet. Very honest, compassionate and really cares for the animals.

I have nothing but praise for the service Mr Owen snd his team have given over the years to my dogs. Most recently my friend Dylan passed away but he was always given the best care in Mr Owens hands. He treated him with respect and care from 6 weeks to 16 years of age. When if he does retire it will be a sad day for pet owners but one that will be well deserved and earned š

Best vets you could ask for! My rescue cat absolutely hates his carrier, but the team at Pet Vets always goes above and beyond to make his visits as stress-free as possible. They have a wonderful way of calming his nerves and ensuring he feels safe during our appointments. Their kindness, expertise, and willingness to take the time to answer all my questions truly sets them apart. I canāt recommend them highly enough!

I had been struggling to find a vet that would look at my Bearded Dragon when The Pet Vet said they would do their best to help. All the staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming and my dragon was handled amazingly! When medication didn't work completely he was admitted for basically a minor surgery. I expected him to be gone at least a day but got a call half an hour later that he was ready for pick up! Everything was done cleanly and Spork is back to running around the living room :) price was very affordable for exotics too!

I had to take my boy skip to the lincoln branch this morning to send him on his final journey. I was a total mess. The receptionist took me straight into a room with skip and the head vet, Sam, came straight through to see me. He was kind and compassionate and treated both me and skip with the utmost respect and dignity. He made the whole process much more bearable and once it was over they left me to grieve with skip for as long as I needed. When it came to the financial side of things it was far less expensive than I was expecting. I had never used this surgery before but I would highly recommend it.

Cannot thanks The Vet Pet enough. Very content happier Rocket after his little last minute rushed vacation to the vets Wednesday night, he might need operation in January to grind his back teeth down as there a sharp piece causing him pain which stressed him out to stop pooping and eating. Wednesday night he had immediate treatment of intravenous drip of fluids and pain medication on top of oral pain medications and antibiotics. Watched over night by a lovely nurse and syringe feed three times over night and made sure he drinking. I cannot thank the vet mr J C and the nurse on shift at The Pet Vet Lincoln enough for making sure Rocket got the best care possible he definitely back to his spirited ways. His brother Smokey was over joyed to see him Thursday afternoon when he returned home.

Had to say goodbye to my dog Marley. The team at Wragby Rd were amazing, making an upsetting situation a lot easier to cope with. The condolence card we received in the post was a lovely touch. Thank you so much š

Having only been at the practice for a few months, we feel like we have been part of the Vicarage family for many years. All the staff have been amazing with all our fur babies, from Dog through to Guinea Pig they give the same level of care to each of them. Our dog Maddie is extreme fear aggressive of people she doesnāt know and Jaz has gone above and beyond to get to know Maddie and for the first time I have known Maddie has let her listen to her heart without distress. Thank you for all the support and love you guys have given not only our fur babies but also ourselves, you are all awesome

Have been with this practice for about three years. Very relieved that they have not been āswallowed upā by Medivet who seem to have the monopoly in Lincolnshire. I normally see Miguel who is great with my dogs Molly and Toby. Recently, Molly had a huge swelling appear under her jaw on the front of her neck. All the staff were great during this very worrying time. Sam dealt with arranging for Molly to be seen at a practice in Wakefield that had a MRI and CT scanner, Miguel and Anne tended to Molly and the staff are also dealing with my insurance claim. The lump transpired to be an abscess, cause unknown. Very thankful I had insurance with Purely Pets as the bill will be in excess of Ā£5000š©. Good to know you have a great practice in your area.

Ted is registered with Vicarage Vets, and we have always received excellent, kind and compassionate care. But where the team go above and beyond is how they have taken in and cared for the injured wildlife Iāve rescued. Iāve taken in an injured Robin, and a malnourished hedgehog, and the staff couldnāt do enough to help. You can tell that all staff are passionate about what they do, and they love any animal. I have so much respect for their team ethos.

Everyone who came in to contact with our old boy Eric the Cat were very loving and gentle towards him and he wasn't at all unhappy to be there. I am so grateful they helped my baby even if it was a claw issue. I had to leave the room whilst the vet and nurse sorted out the sore part as I hate seeing my baby in pain. He is much happier now so I am very grateful.

On Saturday afternoon, my GSD Belle experienced an allergic reaction. Since all the veterinary clinics were closed, I contacted Vets Now and spoke with a courteous representative who advised me to bring Belle in. The entire staff at the clinic was exceptionally kind and supportive, providing excellent care for Belle. The veterinarian was reassuring and provided valuable guidance. I highly recommend their services. Thank you all so very much for taking very good care of Belle and myself. Belle is so much better now.

We called and they booked us in for 7am. They were very quick at processing us and the vet was at hand immediately. Her diagnosis was good, but our options were zero. The cat need X-rays, stitches and general anaesthetic. Because they close at 8am we had to go back to our own vets. Ā£375 later and some pain relief we left with our cat as we started.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house A creature was stirring, but not a little mouse. While everyone sang carols at midnight mass, A border terrier searched for a little food tax. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, He gave them a good sniff, but no luck there. He gazed at the fridge, stuffed full of goose, Impossible to reach, his paws were no use. But lo what is this tucked under the tree? A whole bar of dark chocolate, just for me. Tail wagging, teeth gnashing, he wolfed down the lot, Paper and all - getting caught he would not! Or so he thought, but he must have left a trace, Now everyoneās staring at him with horror on their face. Bundled into the car, heās whisked away, Hurtling through the night like Santa and his sleigh. At the end of his journey, no presents await, Just a feeling in his tummy that isnāt so great. The feeling gets worse as the doors are flung open, And out he gets at āVets Now Lincolnā. As he lifts his gaze, heās met with an awesome sight, Two heavenly beings, all dressed in white. Christmas angels decked out in latex gloves and veterinary degrees, Heās never seen vets as kind as these. After some poking and prodding and more stern looks, He realises his mistake and whatās on the books. As he watches the chocolate come back in reverse, Not a thought has he for his ownerās poor purse*. He thinks only that next time he munches midnight snacks, He must do better at covering his tracks. After 45 minutes in the vetās tender care, Itās time to go home, itās the end of the scare. Or so he thought, but heās scored one last own goal. Rather than scraps of goose or potato, his Christmas Day meal is 6 doses of activated charcoal. The vet and the nurse couldnāt have been kinder, But when leaving a terrier, hereās a gentle reminder: Hide the dark chocolate, donāt let them take a bite. Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night! * This was actually phenomenally good value for a 1am emergency trip to the vet on Christmas morning. Enormous thanks to the truly angelic vets who saved Christmas!
