When we moved into our house in early 2018 we knew that we had an old roof and that it would need to be replaced. Long story short, we then spoke with three companies, including one company who did some minor work for us, which we used as a test, and we left that not wanting to engage with them again. We then found LWS via Google Reviews in November 2022, and Leigh + employee visited, we had a good chat, he gave an estimate and then a breakdown of cost/labour, with work starting thereafter. They were professional throughout, Leigh communicated well, they were personable and efficient - the actual new roof took 4-5 days, with the scaffold up/down either side, so about 8-9 days in total. 18 months on from that work completing and we have had zero problems.

Leigh was great to us. Conducted a very detailed roof survey on a house me and my partner were about to buy, and good job we did because the roof was in a terrible state. In the end, the sellers made alternative arrangements with another contractor to complete the works but Leigh came out free of charge to confirm they’d done a good job before we exchanged. I saw Leigh recommended on a mums FB page, so contacted him asking for a quote to change my conservatory roof. It was so hot in the summers that the plastic trim on the inside of the roof was melting and bending and twisting. He was very quick and professional. I used black out blinds to try to block some sun but the heat was still crazy over 36 most summer days. The new flat roof with a rubber sheet on top looks good and keeps the conservatory cooler then before. So far so good it feels cooler, the proof will be this summer. I recommend him and his team.

Very prompt and professional service, from quote right through to clean up. Complete new roof only took 4 days and Leigh’s team were friendly, polite and considerate.
