I ordered a Brett Martin roof lantern . Dealt with Blake and he was knowledgable and very efficient. The delivery went without hitch and they called an hour before as I requested. The driver was a fantastically helpful Ukrainian gentleman who helped me carefully offload in a difficult area. Upto fitting (2 months later ) I noticed a small crack in one corner hidden by a protective foam. I Emailed Blake with pics of the damage as requested by Charlotte. He called me 10 mins later and could not have been more helpful . This company is how retailers should behave and is very rare. I cannot recommend this company enough . Well done on fantastic customer service .

I very rarely write reviews, however the customer service from this company is first rate. All staff I spoke to were really helpful, informative & polite. I am yet to pick up the product but it’s not very often you get the level of customer service that these provide. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Can't complain about anything! Not sure why there are so many low reviews, the service and product are exceptional. Called at around 11am for a quote. Agreed the amount and went to collect 3 hours later. The lads helped me load up, and I was gone in 10 mins. The EDPM system is great, and the installation advice online was super clear. I've never fitted an EDPM solution before, but had the roof off, insulated and finished in a day. Thanks permaroof!
