Great experience using SY Roofing Repairs. Communication with David before the work was excellent and though I was slightly worried as I was working away during the repairs I needn't have worried. I was kept up to date on progress throughout and received photos of what they were doing. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the guys were great at clearing up after themselves. You hope to never have to use a roofer again, but if I do, I’ll definitely use this company and would highly recommend.

David came to our property to conduct a detailed survey using his drone, which allowed him to thoroughly assess the condition of our roof. We had been experiencing significant issues with a leaking chimney, and his team quickly stepped in to resolve the problem. Within just a few days, they returned to carry out the repairs with professionalism and efficiency. Not only did they fix the chimney leak, but they also went the extra mile by identifying and replacing a few broken roof tiles while they were on site. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated was truly impressive, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to David and his team, our roof is now in excellent condition, and the leak has been completely resolved.

We are very impressed with the work David and his team carried out on our home. Unlike other contractors who never got back to us, David called when he said he would, gave us a quote and completed the work when he said he would. His team are a great bunch. Polite, tidy and considerate. The work he did was spot on and we can now relax knowing that the roof is fixed and under guarantee. From initial quote to job completion it's been a 5 star experience. David was professional, helpful and thorough when coming to take a look and quote the job. Communication was perfect throughout, no messing about and we were booked in for the repairs we needed doing. There was no hard sell and no attempt to push anything that wasn't needed. We got a clear time of when the job was going to start, and Max and Carl who came to do the work turned up on time and absolutely went the extra mile. They both did a great job and clearly had a massive amount of knowledge and experience. We got clear before and after pictures showing what had been done and David checked in again after the work was done to confirm. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.
