I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joel and his team. Our daughter Emily has missed a lot of school due to ill health, and we were increasingly concerned about her forthcoming GCSEs - as was she. Joel cares deeply about the students who study with him, and I've found him to honest, passionate and with exceptionally high integrity. I had to persuade him to take Emily on as she is neurodivergent and we needed a tutor who was prepared to work with cameras off. Joel listened, found the right people in his team for my daughter, and over the past few months Emily has been working with a wonderful team of tutors who have really helped build both her confidence and her skills. They fully deserve their five star ratings. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joel was initially very quick to respond and listen to the requirements for my daughter. He put in place Emma to to assist and she helped my daughter lift her grade from an E at the mocks to a B in the real A Level. This was more than enough to help her achieve the required UCAS points for her first choice university, so would definitely recommend.

I was looking for some more guidance on GCSE revision for my son and came across these guys. I was hesitant at first due to the cost but figured if it helped him to achieve 1 or 2 grades improvement on any of his subjects it would be worth it. The school he is at is disappointing to say the least and I felt I owed him this. He had several consultations with Ellis and feels more confident it what revision he is doing, how much revision he is doing and where his head is at when he is doing his revision. I am happy my son is following the ILS schedules and methods and also feel confident he will be in the right mindset to take on the month of exams approaching. He deserves to be accepted to the college of his choice but only his hard work will tell. Ellis was my son’s dedicated coach, and he was very polite, patient and knowledgable and clicked with my son very quickly, enabling Rachel (mind set coach) was also very good at making sure he was in the right frame of mind to tackle revision and exam time. I would say, this strategy programme can only help my son gain better grades , which is totally worth it in my eyes. I would definitely recommend this programme. 10/10

Joel and his team were so supportive for my son in the run up to his GCSEs and really helped him to structure his revision and approach to each individual subject. Well worth it and highly recommended.

My son is now 5 nearly 6 and he started play and learn at 3 and all the staff are so approachable and helpful, especially Chris who I can’t praise enough as he has been a life line for me. All my worries I had teaching my son to read, if I was teaching the right thing, tips on ways to help my son, nothing has been too much trouble and Chris has spent numerous time free of charge talking through things with me.

My daughter started play and learn in April this year aged 9 and I can't believe how well she's developed in both her knowledge and confidence in maths in such a short space of time. I can't praise Chris and his team highly enough.

My 6 year old son began Play and Learn when he started in reception and has continued to now (end of Y1). I can't praise the model enough. There is a real emphasis on setting core groundwork principles to support effective learning now and for the future. I love how asking questions is thoroughly encouraged giving my son confidence to raise his hand if he needs clarification. Owl learning continued throughout lockdown virtually and I've enjoyed supporting my son on his weekly call. The impact of attending this weekly class can be seen in the wonderful end of year report we've received. We look forward to September when the classes will resume. My daughter started last week at Play and learn. She entered nervous and got into the car buzzing! Didn't stop talking about what she had learnt all the way home. Got home, repeated it all again to my husband and completed her homework! She can not wait for next week. She said 'Chris takes something really complicated and makes it fun mum' Thank you! Mr kofi is an effective tutor and has helped my daughter to broaden her knowledge of math.

Kumon is a great program for building math and reading skills. It promotes independence but requires daily commitment and may feel repetitive for some. Overall, it’s a structured and effective option for academic support.

Hedy is fantastic and my 5 year old son has been enjoying learning and practising the worksheets at Kumon and at home. It’s a huge help to always have contact when I have questions about the app and to learn about his progress each week after his session at Kumon. It’s really helped to build his confidence and keep him a step ahead.

Highly recommend the Elstree Kumon centre run by lovely Hedy. The attention she gives my children is second to none, even going the extra mile by visiting us in our home when help is needed. She treats the kids like her own, and takes real pride in excelling the knowledge of the children. Super highly recommended!

My daughter was not doing so well in Eng and Maths. Since she started her Kumon journey I could see a big difference in terms of using new words, speaking amd writing more grammatically, quick in counting and use of diff mathematical applications. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to support their kids especially for parents who are busy and can't get enough time to sit with kids to teach! He tutors in Borehamwood are very friendly with the kids and quick to respond to any concerns:) The teachers are very kids friendly and respond to parent concerns very quickly.

My daughter has become more confident with her science lessons at school since she has been having science tuitions with Matthew. He is a very experienced and professional tutor. He knows how to keep the students interested and finds them easy methods to understand what they are being taught.

Tushar has massively helped with my economics studies, pushing my grade from a C/D to an A along with making the subject much more enjoyable.

I'm happy to share my experience with my economics tutor, Tushar, who helped me achieve an A in my A-level economics. His online revision course and one-to-one and group tutoring provided me with helpful revision notes as well as video explanations which were clear and easy to understand. He gave me great tips for exam techniques and provided lots of exam practice. The support was invaluable, and I highly recommend him and his online course to anyone looking to improve in economics.

Really useful and helpful intensive A' level Economics course. I was able to recieve extremely helpful notes and tips, as well as experience in both exam techniques and revision techniques. We were able to cover a wide variety of subjects with great depth, and cover as much of the syllabus as possible. Tushar is really experienced, and able to identify areas which need help. Would highly recommend this course.
