Sam visited and talked through the various options , no hard sell and good advice as to the product to choose dependant on daily use . The grass was installed on the agreed date . I have no hesitation in recommending the Artificial Lawn Company. Right from my first contact with them at the Grand Design Live show to the installation everyone I came in contact with were very courteous, knowledgeable and interested in solving my bad lawn problems. I would especially like to thank Sam who visited our garden and gave us a competitive price. I would also to say a big thank you to Jamie and Callum who carried out the lawn installation, they did an amazing job, were neat, tidy and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Happy customer. I was in two minds about getting artificial grass when I had my real turf installed. A few years down the line and my real grass was a mess and we barely used the garden. So I took the plunge, did a bit of research. The companies looked much the same but ALC actually got back to me, sent the samples quickly and were very attentive with my questions etc. Sam was great with the pre-sales. The installers were great. They couldn't get the install done in one day so came back the following working day. Post-sales care, by Sam again, has been brilliant. Always happy to help. He has popped down twice since the install; once to electric brush the grass (when the installers battery kept failing) and again to demo the electric brush they now sell, which I will buying. End-to-end experience can't really complain, and we have a really lovely lawn to show for it too, which after brushing looks even better than when it was installed. Would happily recommend.

I had artificial lawn installed in my rear garden where general lack of sun (especially in winter) made it hard to maintain grass throughout the year. The two gentlemen who came did an excellent job, removed any grass, installed the base layer, membrane and artificial turf and cleaned everything up. And not to mention the person who came in and assessed the area, walked me through the options available, sent me the quotes and was highly responsive helping to coordinate the whole job. I would highly recommend this company for similar jobs!
